" So how are we going to find this guy?" I asked
Hyde produced a drivers license out of his pocket
" This." He replied
We then pulled up at a house.
I was nervous I turned to dusk.
" Please please be careful." I said
" Don't worry, everything will be fine. This is revenge for you, my love." Dusk said, I hugged her. She seemed a little surprised but nonetheless hugged me tightly.
Then I turned to Hyde " Don't die."
" Ha ha Jekyll would murder me if I did."
" Very funny, Hyde."
Finally I turned to Angelina " Geez be careful. You're my ride home."
" Okay, Red. Protect my car."
I smiled then they all left, umbrellas in hand.
Thirty minutes later...
Dusk and Angelina came out and the car was silent
"We couldn't do it." Dusk whispered
I nodded " Hyde still going to?"
They nodded
" Well... he doesn't have a conscience."
Dusk hugged me. I hugged her back, I didn't ask them anything else. Hyde came out two hours later looking clean as a whistle.
" Job's done." He said as he got in
Everyone was silent. Not a word was said Dusk was dropped off at my house considering her house was just a few houses down from mine.
I sighed " I'm fine... you know that. Everyone is fine, Dusk."
" But What if I'm not there when you need-"
I put my finger to her lips " Shhhh you'll always be there, don't worry."
She smiled " I love you, Red."
" I love you too, Dusk."
Then she left, in the pouring rain.
" Dusk, do you need an umbrella?" I yelled out
" No thanks I love dancing in the rain."
" See you tomorrow, Dusk!"
" You too, Red! Love you!"
" Love you too!"
Then I saw her go into her home and I laughed to myself and went back inside for some rest
