Hyde and Jekyll walked hand in hand in the park. Hyde's eyes suddenly started blazing fire. Jekyll immediately knew something was wrong.
" What's wrong?" Jekyll asked frantically
" A man is staring at you. I'm thinking of ten ways to snap his neck right now. You're mine and only mine." Hyde replied
"Hey calm down... everything is okay, you're right I'm yours and yours alone. I promise no one will ever take your place." Jekyll soothed as he took Hyde's hands in his.
Hyde's eyes changed back and he looked up at Jekyll " You promise?"
" I promise." Jekyll replied as he put both of his hands on Hyde's cheeks and kissed him.
" I love you, Doctor Henry Jekyll."
" And I love you, Edward Hyde."
" Why?"
" Because you're funny, smart, inventive, and definitely protective and that's all I need out of a person." Jekyll replied
Hyde smiled and looked up at him " I wish I was taller."
" I love you just the way you are." Jekyll whispered
