Delilah had another ' accident'. Both Jekyll and Hyde agreed that until they could teach Delilah how to try to communicate with the second person she would not go to school.
" Delilah there's something I have to tell you." Jekyll said sweetly
Delilah got up from the corner and took his hand.
Jekyll lead her to the lab where he simply had to Stir the ingredients in the potion. As he did this he sat Delilah on the stool beside him. So she could She her Daddy doing his work.
" When I was about... 19 I was a very inquisitive man. I thought every man had two sides, a good and a evil. This was about the time I created this," He said as he held up the glass with the blue liquid inside. He got Delilah off the stool and lead her into the living room where there sat Hyde.
" I never knew what would come out of the experiment... little did I know it was your panter."
Delilah cocked her head to the side in confusion.
Jekyll smiled and drank the potion only for Hyde to disappear and Jekyll to stumble.
" Daddy?.." Delilah asked as she touched his knee.
" Hi baby..." He said in a dry voice
" are you ok?" She asked
Jekyll then let out a small yelp before he turned into Hyde.
" You see Delilah your daddy was right. There are two people inside. He separated into me and himself. We didn't know if you'd have this... but looks like you do. Do you understand?"
" Panter?"
" Yes sweetie."
" If this is true. Are you evil?"
" Well... um... yeah. I-"
Delilah started hyperventilating and shaking. She then ran.
" Delilah honey wait-"
He quickly separated and they both ran out the door only to run into pole.
" Masters! Delilah just ran out of the house we tried to stop her but we couldn't!" He cried
" We have to find her!" Jekyll cried out
Then Hyde and Jekyll ran out of their home. They ran and ran screaming her name at the top of their lungs. Nothing.
" Please come back to us, Delilah!" Hyde screamed before falling on his knees and bursting into tears
" How could I do this!?" He screamed
" It's ok... it's ok I know you didn't mean it.." Jekyll tried to comfort but he was on the verge of tears.
Hyde and Jekyll scanned the streets until nightfall then they searched the alleys. No Delilah.
Hyde cursed at himself under his breath.
Jekyll just rubbed his arm. " We'll find her Hyde. We'll find her." He repeated over and over at this point he didn't know if he was trying to convince Hyde or himself they then went home and got blankets, Jackets, etc. and waited on the steps before they fell asleep at 2:00.
