Jekyll woke up and found himself in Hyde's lap.
" Good morning, beautiful." Hyde whispered as he looked down at him.
" Morning, Baby." Jekyll replied
" you gotta nice go tee growing now." Hyde said as he rubbed Jekyll's hairy chin
" Ha ha, do you miss me without facial hair?"
" I love you either way, Henry. You should know by now."
Jekyll laughed a little. Hyde leaned down and kissed him.
" You know we haven't fused in a while. I think it's about that time."
Jekyll smiled weakly " Go ahead."
Hyde held his hand and tried to fuse but then there was an lightning bolt-looking stream of light that that shot in between them both was thrown against the wall. Jekyll quickly ran over " Are you Alright, my love?"
" No." Hyde forced out
" Ok baby, can you tell me where it hurts?"
Hyde winced " Everywhere."
" What if I still become sick? Henry, I'm scared." Hyde said weakly
" It's alright, my love." Jekyll said as he kissed his barely burnt lips. " You'll be okay."
" Honey, are you alright?" Hyde asked as his hand searched For Jekyll's
" Yeah, I'm fine."
" You think you can walk?" Jekyll said as he glanced at the couch which was across the room
Hyde shook his head.
Jekyll gently picked up Hyde as he looked at his face for signs of distress.
" You're heavier than you look." Jekyll groaned as he carried him across the room slowly
" Why do you think I carry you everywhere? You're a twig." Hyde laughed
Jekyll finally sat him down on the couch.
" We'll figure everything out, honey." Jekyll promised
" With you by my side I know it will, My Intelligent superstud. I'm so lucky to have you."
" I'm so lucky to have you, Hyde." Jekyll replied then he kissed him lightly
" You're kisses always taste like cake, Henry."
" Well I don't know how that could be." Jekyll laughed as he stared down in the eyes of the green eyed man.
Their hands found each other and they sat there together.
