Chapter 19 Welcome home

Kendra's P.O.V.

A week later

Finally Emma could come home.

I broke my left arm and sprained my left ankle. Emma had some damage done to her spine causing paralyzation from the waist down but the doctor said that if she went to physical therapy she should get better!

I was guessing it was because Adan was throwing her when 'it' bappened but then again i don't remember much more than screaming.

Anyway!

Everyone stayed in Saskatoon but they would leave monday. (it was friday) that way they could have a little time with Emma out of the hospital.

As for sleeping arrangements...

Jessy, Perri and Leigh Ann were sleeping at Ni and Chell's house. Liam, Zayn, Owen and Ronny were sleeping at Louis's. Harry, Jady and Jade were sleeping at my house.

Since 'it' happened we've had to change a few things in the house.

Emma and the kids switched rooms and we had to downsize our kitchen table so there was more room for Emma to move in there. we had to make a wood ramp so Em could get up to the front door and we have to bye Emma a wheelchair van so she doesn't have to ride the bus until she can walk again.

Louis, Allie and Aria went to meet Emma at the bus stop and i was trying to look for a van.

"Hey!" Emma smiled wheeling inside. "hi!" we all smiled

"Hows the chair?!" Perri asked, concern in her voice. "a lot harder than it looks" Emma joked and we all laughed.

"Whatcha dooin?!" Em asked wheeling over to me.

I had my eyes glued to my laptop screen.

"Looking for a van for you" i explained "what's the cheapest you've got?!" She questioned. "sixty...thousand" i said very very slowly.

Em's face went blank and it looked like her heart stopped. then she let out a huge sigh.

"Thats a lot of money" she said fixing eyes onto the screen.

"I'll have to put in more hours at work" she said spinning around and reaching for the phone (which was on the coffee table)

"ummm no your not!" Jessy yelled "well i have to get the money somehow!" Em yelled "Emma! you can't work at a tiny bakery in a wheelchair" Chell said calmly. Emma looked at me. i just shook my head and she slumped back in my chair, crossing her arms.

Just then Jady jumped on Emma's lap.

"Hey!" Em smiled and Jay hugged her putting smiles on all our faces.

"You wanna help me unpack those boxes?!"Em asked pointing to the last of the boxes, full of her stuff.

Jady nodded, jumped off of the chair, picked up one of the boxes and placed it on Emma's lap. then she grabbed one and Lilly grabbed the last box and Emma and all the kids walked down the hall way well...the kids walked.
