Chapter 57 Slipping

Michelle's P.O.V.

"Niall! go!" i yelled laughter in my voice "But thats the only-" i cut him off "you haven't seen us in two years...you haven't seen you parents in five years! your going!" i yelled again

Christmas was just two months away and Niall can finally see us....but i'm trying to convince him to go to Ireland to his his parents. it's not that i didn't want to see him....trust me i want to see him! it's just that i know his family really misses him and he hasn't seen them in so long! i never would

Have guessed being married to a Pop star would be this complicated!

"But what about you" he whined "i'll be fine" i said trying to sound confident but i was really dying inside! i put on somewhat of a smile to boost myself but it didn't really work since Niall 'saw' right through me (he couldn't really see me since we were on the phone) "Michelle...your lying" he said in his "really?! that so obvious" voice "what?! pfff no!" i said in a really crapy "no way!" voice...i did not succeed.

"Michelle! i've had enough of this!" Ni yelled "of what?!" I asked really confused "of the lies!" he continued to yell "i'm not-" Niall cut me off "yes you are! Now tell me what your hiding!" He got louder as he spoke "i'm not hiding-" he cut me off again "Michelle-" i cut his off this time

"NO! Niall you listen to me! i have had to take care of our child for five years while my best friend was missing and two of those years you were gone! my carrier went down the drain really fast and you were to caught up in your own life to see that i was dying! So don't tell me i have to clean up my shit because i already know! and just remember this is your wife speaking and i don't want to regret saying 'i do'!" I screamed.

There was a second of silence

"I'll see you next Christmas...because i know you won't be at you daughters ninth birthday party!" And with that i hing up the phone and broke down in tears.

"Mom" Lilly said walking towards me. "what are you doing up?!" i asked since she should have been in bed "i think you need a hug" she said extending her arms out and wrapping them around me. i squeezed my eyes together as the remainder of my tears fell.

"I miss daddy" i cried "i miss him too" Lilly said tightening her grip around me.

I squeezed her tighter as i combed my fingers through her naturally bleach blond hair.

My family is slipping through my fingertips and i can't do anything about it!
