Springtrap's P.O.V

All I could think about was Purple Guy; the urge to kill him, to end him for good. This was my one and only chance to destroy the past that didn't need to continue to live. Even by feeling his power grab onto me just reassured me that all my frustration from all these years had given him the power to survive. Thirty damn years that monster slept for, and when it woke up its first priority to complete was the extinction of any remnants of me. Now I was going to replace my mistakes with him. The same way they controlled me.

The silence and noises of the crows were the only thing I got a hint off of being near Purple Guy. Even he wasn't making his presence known. And even just by walking deeper in the forest didn't encourage me to have any doubts of him not being here. He was watching. He's awaiting for the perfect moment to reveal himself. But now, even I felt his presence dwindle around me, almost to show I was near. Up ahead was now only darkness, the true state of it. That's all there was. No trees, any sign of life, not even the normal ground. I turned around to see darkness had surrounded me now; he was close. "Ah! We meet for the first time in years." I turned around to see him standing there, Purple Guy. He had a smirk, the same one that reminded me of William. And god damn seeing that smirk disgusts me to even have. "After all these years, you finally show your true state," I responded. "Yes. After all, you gave me power. You gave me life," he responded. "And I regret it. That's why you know it's the reason I'm here," I responded. "Of course. Here to kill me once and for all. The same way you murdered those sweet innocent children," he said as his smirk changed to a smile. "Oh. Ironic the same fate dissected the innocence of Elizabeth." "She's nothing to me!" I exclaimed back. "Is she not? You seem to still forget her fate and the creation of me," he said. "I don't care! I came for you, not for you to delay your doom!" I exclaimed. "It is you who's delaying your fate," he responded. He used an attack at me as I ducked quickly; luckily I was expecting such thing. "Expected," he responded. I used Springlocks on him as he used Speed Song on the attacks, destroying all of them. "I've known you long to predict when you are using an attack. Don't forget, I am you," he responded. "You're not me!" I exclaimed using Rainy Day on him, while he jumped to the side to avoid my attack. "When will you learn we are the same. You made me. You can't reverse the outcome," he responded. "How about you stop toying and play the murderer?" I asked. "Oh! Now you remember what my special hobby was, in which what I was created for," he responded with his smirk. He used some type of slash attack as he did damage on me, as my health was at about four. "What happened to defending yourself? You always were able to let one attack harm you. Permanently," he said. "And they fuel my determination and thirst for revenge. Especially for you," I said using Springlocks on him as one of them managed to hit him on the arm. "Huh? You always were a lucky one," he said taking the Springlock off his arm. "Luck hasn't saved me though. Only my will to continue," I responded. "Then we'll play our game realistically," he responded. Suddenly, I saw my health disappear as I felt like I couldn't use my attacks anymore. Out of nowhere, an axe appeared out of nowhere as I grabbed it before it hit the floor. I looked at it just to see what use it had; it was the same one I destroyed Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy with. "This place isn't just my game to play. It is his for him to observe as well. This is our game, one where only one creator survives," said Purple Guy as he grabbed a knife from behind him, the same one I used to kill all those children long ago. "Only the true monster will survive." "No. The monster will be put to rest," I responded. "This whole franchise will rest easier when you and William are gone." I ran at him; swinging my axe at his arm, while he dodged the maneuver I went for. "What makes you think you can defeat yourself? You can't. You only damage it," he responded trying to grab mm while trying to inject his knife in my back. I kicked my leg backwards as he stumbled back. "Ah! This is how real men fight! How does it feel? Is the sensation pulsating in your veins?" he said. "A shame you won't feel the blood consuming you when you're dead. The only blood you've tasted is that of the children you've murdered. Of what we've murdered." "Shut up, shut up!" I yelled as I swing my axe fast at him while he ducked. I went for his leg as he jumped back when I went for it. "Oh! I can feel the rage! We both can. If you desire to kill me so badly then why not let that dream become a reality?" said Purple Guy walking back. "But don't forget, this is our reality." All of a sudden, everything around was purple. He was everywhere now. He disappeared into his own blood that infected everything around, while I looked around impatiently trying to find him. "If you claim we're the same, why don't you try and come out?!" I demanded. "Ah! You see, you may have changed. But I will always be in your thoughts, your head, your feelings. Your anger," his voice echoed. "Your feelings and pain brought me into this world." Suddenly, I turned around to the sound of Purple Guy as I was pushed to the ground. My axe flew across to the side from it, far from my reach; I was now defenseless. He put his foot on my chest, preventing me an escape and denial to victory. "You should've realized Springtrap what created me by now. The struggles, pain, and guilt from all those years of torture and murder. All of those in which they have fueled my power and myself. Though I can't forget to thank Ennard as well," he said. "What the hell do you mean?! What does that walking pile of scrap have to do with you and me?!" I exclaimed struggling to release his leg off me. "Oh! If only you remembered the tragedy of my creation. You see, you can't defeat me because I am you. You can't kill me," he responded. "Even before me you had the same feelings and personality as me. Just like the one time you knocked out one of the people bullying you back in eighth grade. My. Your dad was not pleased you got suspended the one and only time in your life." "Whatever you're trying to say, just fucking spit it out!" I exclaimed. "Don't you get it? You'll always have an uncontrollable temper and distasteful attitude because you were born that way. You'll always have me in you," said Purple Guy. I looked down having no response. The unfortunate part was he was right. I remember as I child I had an uncontrollable temper and shit attitude from the others I was around. Though mostly I was born like this, and I died like the way I am. Now I will perish like the way I am still. Unless. I started thinking back on Fredbear and Old Man Consequences, on how they mentioned the only way I could defeat him was by controlling him. "You know, you are right. You are me. And I know your weakness," I said. His smirk disappeared completely now, only leaving behind fear. "You knew the only way I could defeat you was by controlling you. By being apart of me," I said. "You belong to me." I kicked him in the back, in which he released his foot off of me now. I jumped up while knocking him down and kicking his knife away that he had dropped. "No! You can't defeat me! This won't fix your past or yourself!" he exclaimed as I held him by his chest and picked him up. "I thought that was the way to end you, but it's obsolete now. This whole time I thought you had control over me, but I can control you as well. Except I have more power over you. I've always have," I said. "I may not be able to change fully from the person I am, but I can learn to control those feelings. Just like you. Sleep well knowing your past and greatest murder was killing yourself." I started to pull and push him in me, while he screamed knowing how fate was with me. "Nnnooooooooooo! Aaaahhhhhhhhhhhh!" Finally, the last of his screams were silenced; the sound of a monster resting for a terrible slumber, as he was now apart of me. The only thing left of him to remember. "I'm going to be succumbed to fate one day, and when I do you're going to be there to burn in hell," I said to myself. I felt free now at last, the tendency for anger seemed futile now. Like I could control it again. No more I felt the hand of someone pulling my strings and corrupting my dreams. Purple Guy was no more. In a way. Suddenly, I felt off unexpectedly as my vision was starting to go blank. I could feel my whole mind and surroundings go into nothing but a state of blank. I was starting to lose my balance; maybe I was losing my sanity. I finally collapsed on the ground as I was unable to stay positioned correctly, feeling nothing but emptiness and one thought.

One voice.

"Michael."

The voice sounded female, however it soothed me. I felt relaxed by it, the innocent and gentle tone in the voice seemed to keep me from fully passing out. Until no more I could stay awake. Only before I closed my eyes I spoke one word in response.

One name.

One memory.

"E-Elizabeth."
