{48} Naruto Snaps! When The Tailed Beast Merge

I watch Naruto fight Pein while I am sitting on the the toad's head, weak and unable to move. Naruto has developed new skills, new movements, and stronger power. But, he's underestimated Pein. He doesn't know that Pein has other clones just like him. 

"Naruto! Listen to me!" I call out to him. He looks my way while the toads attack Pein as I tell him, "You have to destroy the real Pein! He has others like him and using them as puppets!" 

"Got it!" 

"Will you be alright?" The Sage Toad questions me and I shrug my shoulders, telling him, 

"I am too weak to move... But I can help him out. Just this once...because of my condition..." I force my body to stand up and begin to sing.

My song gives Naruto courage and power, but I am not sure how long this will help him out. But I will sing for as long as I have to, so that Naruto may win this fight. I will not let him down!

{Naruto's P.O.V}

What is this sudden power I'm feeling? It feels great! "Lady Akari is giving you strength with her song. Look." The toad on my shoulder points to Akari singing with her hands folded. 

Oh, I get it now! Yeah! I got this! 'Keep it up, Akari! We can win this!' I smile at her and use my Wind Style Shuriken.

{Pein's P.O.V.} 

'What a stubborn girl. She's only going to get in the way. I have to get rid of her first if I want to get to the 9 tails. With Akari by his side, he's a lot stronger.' I say within my thoughts. 

"Rasen Barrage!" Naruto takes out one of my clones with two rasengan's, learned by Jiraiya-Sensei. Now I only have 2 clones. I must get rid of Akari.

{Akari's P.O.V.}

More... More... I have to sing more so I can give Naruto the strength that he needs. "Believe in your love

I suddenly cough up blood as my eyes widen with shock. "Lady Akari!" The toad on my shoulder shouts out. Slowly looking behind me, there is a Pein with long hair impaling me with a black receiver through my chest. The black receiver is striking me through my heart!

"This should keep you down for a while. Until I have the 9 tails." The Pein behind me says as he pulls out the black receiver harshly. 

I drop to the ground and a puddle of my own blood forms below me... My heart isn't healing... Why?... 

Naruto is hurt because of me... Pein has him right where he wants him... I have to move... I have to help Naruto... "Naru...to..." I gasp for air while reaching for him weakly. I feel someone coming towards the battlefield... Their chakra... Hinata!? "Hi...nata!" I watch her run pass me. 

"Hinata! Get away quickly! You're no match!" Naruto warns her. 

"I am here because I want to be here, Naruto. Because... I love you!" She smiles and attacks Pein. I cannot let her fight him. She will be killed... I have to get up... I have to get up! 

I watch Hinata and Pein fight while at the same time she tries to free Naruto. With the Almighty Push, Pein is not letting her get anywhere near Naruto, even with her Lion Twin Fist.
