{56} This Is War, Prepare For Battle

The 10 tails. . . The most powerful tailed beast out of all the others. . . It was sealed inside of me by father when I was infant. I was well aware of it because father had told me. I did not get angry at him. I accepted it and take on the burden. 

The 10 tails is a frightening sight. All creatures feared it. Even I did when I saw it up close. As the host, I do not get along with it. I tolerate it as much as possible so that it won't take control over my body. 

I fight with it every day to prevent it from breaking out of its cage. The battle is not easy, but I must. To protect the other tailed beast and this world. 

I returned to the village and decided to keep the conversation between Obito and I to myself. I cannot tell Naruto, Kakashi, or anybody else about the 10 tails. If they were to find out, they will hate me for not telling them the truth. I've been keeping this from them for a long time. 

"Is something wrong, Akari?" Tsunade asks me. I am in her office because we were discussing about the mission before  Sasuke and Naruto encountered each other for the last time. 

"It is nothing. . . But there is something I need to tell you. . . It is urgent." 

"What is it?"

"Do you know a man named Madara Uchiha? . . ." 

"I've heard stories about him, so I know of him. Why? What's the matter?" 

"Tobi. . . The one who talked to Naruto before we returned to the village with Karin. . . I think he is following in his footsteps. With so much that he has done up to this point, I think he is beginning to start a war. He has the ability to reanimate the dead." 

"How do you know this?" Tsunade raises a brow. 

"From one of his hideouts, when he left it unguarded, I saw 3 coffins with people inside them. I saw. . . Yugito and Hans. . . The Host of the 2 tails and 5 tails. . ." I tear up. It was a terrifying sight for the first time in years. "I knew that they were gone, but when I saw them, my body froze. . . My children. . .are being used as puppets and it is all my fault. . . I could not get to them in time to save them. . . They are dead because of me. . . !" 

"Akari. . ." 

"He is planning on reanimating many more of the deceased to create a war. . .and he will bring back Madara Uchiha. . . But I do not think he is doing this alone. It is as if somebody is helping him from the shadows. . ." 

"Kabuto." 

"Huh?" I blink through my tears. 

"Naruto and Kakashi ran into him during the rescue mission for Sasuke. He's gotten stronger and developed many other jutsu's." 

"So they are working together to create a war. To destroy all shinobi. If that is their plan, then we must-" Suddenly I receive a massive head and I felt like the earth was shaking. I grunt and hold my head while dropping to my knees. He's awake after for so long. . .

"Akari!" Tsunade stands out of her chair. 

"Are you alright?!" Shizune comes to my side as I grip on my hair. 

"I-I am fine. . . !" I shout through the pain. 

"I think you go see Sakura." 

"No. I told you, I am fine! . . . I just need to rest. . . Please, excuse me." I force myself up from the floor and leave the office. I appear on top of the mountain, of the Hokage's faces, and try to steady my breathing. "You are the worse, 10 tails. . . You are finally awake." 

I appear in front of the 10 tails with no cage in between us. I cannot seal him or put up a cage because he is too powerful. We are equally match for each other, so it is impossible for me to defeat him or seal him. It was never easy. 

"Why are you awake so suddenly? You should still be asleep." 

"He has awakened himself as well." He answers. 

"What do you mean by he? Who is it?" 

"Madara Uchiha." The Sharingan on his forehead glows. He is already awake? Was it Obito or Kabuto who had brought him back from the dead? 

"If I remember correctly, Madara Uchiha was a powerful shinobi and used his sahringan often. That's how he got a hold of the 9 tails, and because of his negative energy, you are drawn to him. Which caused you to wake up from your slumber." 

"Bright as ever. But it won't be long before the war has started, and soon enough I will be set free and destroy each shinobi!" 10 tails takes a step closer to me. I glare at him and say, 

"As long as you remain locked away within me, you will have no chance in escaping." 

"You grow tired and weaker each day because you lack rest. You won't be able to keep me locked away inside you forever, Akari."

"Watch me." I growl. I open my eyes again and leave the mountains. But the 10 tails is right. I have not slept in a week, but I cannot rest. Not yet. I have a job to do. 

"Akari, are you alright?" Itachi and I cross paths. "You don't look well. You seem tired." 

"I am fine. But there is something I need to talk to you about. Mind if we go to your house to talk in private." 

"Of course." Itachi nods and I go with him to the Uchiha compound. We sit in the living room so we can talk in private. "What did you want to talk to me about?" 

"Well. . . Do you know a man by the same of Madara Uchiha?" 

"I've heard stories about him. Why?" I lean to Itachi's ear and told him about the conversation between Obito and I earlier today. I also told him about the incident with Kurama being under Madara's sharingan. "So, Obito plans on bringing him back from the dead?" 

"I think he is already back from the dead. Only problem is that I do not know where he is. Kabuto is helping him with this, but I do to know where he is hiding." 

"What are you going to do?" 

"Find Kabuto, but you are going to help me find him."

"I will help you."

"No objections or questions?" I blink in surprise by his answer. 

"A war has begun and we can't waste anytime. More importantly, it will get Sasuke's attention now that he knows the truth about our family history." 

"Then we shall go now. I will send word to everyone. I cannot thank you enough for this." Itachi and I get packed and ready to leave the village as I sent word to each village and shinobi. In each note, I wrote: 

This is an urgent message to every Kage and Shinobi. War has begun, and Madara Uchiha has risen from the dead, but he is not alone. There will be others will be fighting with him. Loved ones, legends, and well known shinobi will return from the afterlife. Prepare for battle and gather all as many men you can find. This is War. Good luck to you all.
