This didn't feel right.

But i grabbed it again, and opened it, and inside, it was the complete unexpected...

Inside, there was a bunch of doodles messily scribbled in crayon... and drawn rainbow with a family of three on it.

I was terrifyingly confused.

"Liam, if you're listening, " someone began...the voice was beautiful, but i looked around, no one around, still in the place of death.

"I...I need you to wake up, please. We need you. I need you," the voice began to cry.

I didn't understand what was happening.

She hiccupped as she cried harder, and i got out of the car, wondering where the voice was coming from- the sky?

"If... if you don't.. if you don't wake up... I won't. .. i won't be able to live with myself...Liam," her voice got a bit louder, and the clouds suddenly began to blow away at high speeds.

This was unreal-what was happening.

"Your fans miss you, the boys miss you, i miss you," i recognized the voice now, and as the sky began to fall, i suddenly realized why...

I was dreaming.

I had to be.

I pray to god I was.

"Kelsey?" I yelled... but the sudden ringing in my ears made it hard to speak. Everything was disappearing... all the crying people...the rain-fading into darkness.

"Kelsey?!" I tried to say again in bewilderment, but my lips felt heavy... and my whole body suddenly felt like a thousand pounds as my eyesight left completely.

Then there was silence.

Then, I could hear a beeping now, and a sudden ache in the side of my head made me groan in discomfort.

"Liam?!" Kelseys voice echoed in the room, louder than ever.

I tried to open my eyes but i couldn't,  and i attempted to move my lips, only for a muffled groan to escape.

She suddenly gasped and the screeching of her chair being scooted back made me want to jump, but my body didn't. It was still so heavy.

I could hear her steps walk away as she yelled out a name, and i desperately called for her again in vain. After a nightmare like that, the last thing i need is for her to leave me.

It was then that everything seemingly weighed off of my body, and i took a deep sigh.

My eyelids slowly opened, and the balanced light of the window slipped through the reflected glass bowls of flowers.

What...where was i?

"H-hello?" I forced out, my throat so very sore, as if i had been sleeping the whole day.

"Liam?" I heard my name, muffled. I slowly turned my stiff neck, my head throbbing a bit  and i cringed...but nonetheless, followed the voice i heard earlier.

What i saw, made my eyes water.

Kelsey stood there, eyes swollen and threatening tears, her hand cupped over her mouth...the ring. The ring shining from her hand in the light as she walked by beside me again..

"Please don't let this be a dream. I will literally go crazy  if this is a dream," i pursed my lips as i watched painfully for her just to disappear, but she didn't.

She shook her head as her knitted eyebrows remained in awe, her tears spilling as her soft hand grabbed mine. I looked down to find it full of wires, and it suddenly hit me. Why was i in a hospital bed? How long was i out?
