Jacobi looked at Morpheus calmly. Sardonic expression etched on his face.

I swear if you'll get hurt. There will be no vampire council in the history.

His voice rang through my head.

"I. As the head of this council, hereby declare, that the king will punish death for breaking the rule. Mating to a human is forbidden." Morpheus said.

All of the council who's sitting infront of us has sharp-eyes blazing on me and Cobi. Tinignan ko si Jacobi na pinaglalaruan ang aking daliri. I don't know if he's just maintaining his composure or he want to pounce at Morpheus too. The man who killed his parents, the man who almost killed him. Hindi ko alam kung anong nararamdaman niya sa tuwing nakikita niya si Morpheus. Maybe his fury covered by extreme equanimity.

Morpheus eyes became red. Then I remembered something. Gagawin lahat ng vampire council para maalis ang nag-iisang royalty, and that is Jacobi. If Cobi's realm were destroyed, vampire council will be the highest among the hierarchy of vampires. At sila na ang mamumuno. Morpheus is just so eager to remove the royalty empire that he even killed the king and queen. Since Jacobi is the only royalty that left. For them, he's just easy to destroy. Pero gaya nga ng sinabi sa akin ni Sabrina umatras sila dahil imposibleng hindi siya namatay sa saksak na may lason. Kaya naman kapag lumabag si Jacobi ng kahit na anong batas nila, mababaw man o hindi... ipagdidiinan nila ito.

"Mating to a human? Isang kalapastanganan ito!!"

"Anong kalapastanganan dito Council Morpheus?" Jacobi asked. He looks calm while my heart is pounding so fast I think he could even hear it.

Hindi ko alam kung anong reaksyon nila Vennise at mga Masters, my eyes only settled on the marble white flooring.

"May katangian siguro ang taong ito. Tama ba kamahalan?" nag-angat ako ng tingin at nakita siyang ngumisi. Morpheus is so pale and looks powerful.

Jacobi smirked too.

He telepathic. I can't even roll my eyes or answer him back. I feel so nervous and I don't know why. Pero atleast hindi gan'on kanerbyos noong unang pasok ko dito, I have him now, I have their king.

His face hardened and his granite jaw tensed. Ang dating reyna ay tao, the king just turned her. And that... that's has resemblance to us. The king fell inlove to a human, except that Jacobi didn't turned me. And God, may plano ba siya?! At ako? Gugustuhin ko ba?!

"Bakit hindi natin pag-usapan ang dating hari at reyna Morpheus?" Jacobi asked calmly. Morpheus expression became stern. I don't have idea what's hapenning.

Tumayo si Jacobi at humarap sa amin. Sa mga Masters at mga kaibigan ko sa likod.

"Alam niyo ba kung paano namatay ang dating hari at reyna?" None of them talk. Hindi ba nila alam?

"Ngayong araw na ito. Ako. Bilang hari ng bampira. Ay inaalis ang buong hukuman--"

"Sa tingin mo gan'on 'yon kadali?"

Ngumisi si Jacobi at humarap kay Morpheus.

"Sa tingin ko nga gan'on kadali. Ang pagpatay mo sa hari at reyna ay kahit kailan ay walang kapatawaran."

Umugong ang bulong-bulungan. And that hit me. Hindi nila alam! At bakit ngayon lang ito ginawa ni Jacobi?
