Erza (POV)
I wake up in a place that I don't recognize and I'm tied up to something.
Erza- This place. Where are we?
Sho- In the hole of a ship at sea.
Erza- A ship?
Sho- That's right. And our course is set for the tower of heaven.
Erza- I see. I should've known. Would you please untie me? I won't cause any trouble.
Sho- I'm afraid I can't. You've proven yourself untrustworthy and you'll freak out once realize what happened to your friend.
Erza- Seth? What have you done to him?
Sho- Oh nothing. Just making sure that he isn't a problem when we get there.
He moves out the way I see Seth. He's shackled to the wall. His face is all bloody and his suit is all but ripped. There's cuts all across his abdomen and he has two black eyes. He's unconscious as well.
Erza- You monsters!!! How could you do this to him?!!!
I try to get out of my bindings.
Sho- Told you you'd freak out. Struggling won't help. Milianna's bindings conceal magic, so your struggling is in vain. You'll find you'll have no luck in breaking free from them. The efforts will just tire you out.
Erza-......Fine. I won't resist. But please Sho, will you allow me to requip into my armor and bring Seth closer to me? The tower, I'm afraid of going back there. I just want to have it on and him near me so that I can feel safe.
Sho- But the outfit you have on now is lovely and your friend needs to stay shackled up like the monster that he is. (Falls to his knees and hugs Erza) Honestly, I didn't want it to happen like this.
Erza-.......It's ok.
Sho- (cries) I missed you so much. It hurts me. Tell me why. Why'd you do it? Why'd you betray Jellal?!!
Erza- Jellal......
Timeskip to the next day
We reached our destination.

Erza- The tower of heaven. It's been completed?
Sho- I don't know why you're so surprised. We've been working on it since you left almost ten years ago.
Erza- Has it been that long? It's amazing how much you've all changed.
They escort me inside and lock put me in a cell.
Sho- The ceremony will take place later tonight. You'll be staying here until then.
Erza *mind*- Ceremony? There going to activate the R system?
Sho- I'm sorry but this is the price of betrayal. And although you've hurt him, Jellal's given you a special honor. He's chosen you to be the sacrifice for the ceremony along with the Dragon Slayer. I'm sad I won't ever get to see you again, but you're gonna help us get to heaven. Oh, you're trembling. Are you afraid of being sacrificed, or does this cell bring back memories? You're the one who ended up being punished, even though I came up with the plan to escape. But I was too scared to say anything. I'm sorry. It was my fault.
Erza- That's in the past Sho. Right now I'm worried that none of you realize how dangerous it is to resurrect someone using the R system.
Sho- Wow. I didn't expect you to know what it's purpose was. That's quite a surprise.
Erza- The Revive System. In exchange for countless sacrifices, it brings a single person back from the dead. It is inhumane forbidden black magic.
Sho- Sure it's forbidden, but who ever said magic had to be humane? I happen to believe magic wears away at one's humanity.
Erza- That's a black magic philosophy. Are you one of them now?
Sho- Are you seriously comparing us to those idiots? They thought this tower was only good for resurrection magic! We know better cause we've been enlightened. Jellal told us we could use the tower to get us into Heaven.
Erza- To Heaven?
Sho- You see, once we use the R System to revive him, the world will be reborn, and we will become its rulers. The cult members who kept us prisoner for all those years, the loved ones of the sister who betrayed us, the citizens who lived their entire lives blissfully ignorant, those fools on the magic council, we're gonna put fear and sorrow in the hearts of every last one of em! They'll be stripped of their freedom and denied any rights once we're in control! They'll have no choice but to bow down before us!
I get off my hook and rush sho and hit him with my bound hands. I rip off my binds with my teeth. I requip into my regular armor.
Erza *mind*- I'm coming for you Jellal but first, gotta find Seth.
