• Maddi POV •

"You must really like this guy if you're bringing him here." I told Tyler. She shrugged and laughed, "We're getting pretty serious about things."

I nodded, she was so in love. "How long have you guys been seeing each other?" I asked her, she smiled. Her whole face lit up from a mere mention of the guy. "About a year." She answered. I covered my mouth, this is Tyler we're speaking of. The girl who can keep a secret, but has to tell at least one person and in most cases, I was that one person. "What?" I said, it came out all high pitched and long.

"And why I am just now hearing about him?" I scoffed.

She grabbed the fruit basket from my hand, put it on the dining room table, grabbed my hand, and drug me to the couch. She sat down and so did I.

She held up her pinkie. "Pinkie swear you won't tell." She demanded. I laughed and put up my pinkie. She looped them together and started to speak, "If you tell anyone, I will cut your pinkie off." She said. I laughed a bit, "and when you find love, I'll cut his or her pinkie off." She added. I laughed again, "and when you have kids, I will cut their pinkies off." She added. I laughed really hard and she let go of my pinkie.

"I promise."

"I'm legal to date now." She said looking in my eyes. "I was seventeen a year ago, now I'm eighteen. He was twenty one so it wasn't really legal, but now it is." She said. I wanted to tell her no and how stupid she was being, but who am I to give her advice? Especially for guys.

"He's a good guy, I promise. He's so sweet and caring." She told me, I'm guessing she knew how stupid I'd thought she was being at the moment. "This is why you're going to meet him first, then you can judge him all you want." She added. I sighed, "I'm happy for you."

I am happy for her, love is hard to find.

"How'd it go with your brother yesterday?" She asked. I shrugged. "It was horrible. I doubt I'm going to get him back legally, but I will get him back." I said.

The doorbell rang and she sprung up to go get it. "Baby!" She exclaimed. "Wait..." she trailed. I got up and went to see who was at the door. "Um what are you doing bere?" I asked. She entered and started crying uncontrollably. "Sadie?" I questioned. She walked in and closed the door then walked over to the couch and sat down.

"Matthew and I broke up again." She sobbed. I sat next to her and crossed my legs. "Again?" I asked. She nodded and wiped her eyes. "We always break up for really stupid reasons and I think it was for good this time." She cried. I wrapped my arm around her shoulders. "It's okay. Just tell me what happened." I said.

"Someone told him I cheated with Jack at the party and he doesn't believe me." She sobbed. "Did you?" I asked her. She shook her head, "but Aaron thinks we did and he told him that he saw us go to a room together." She said. "Should I call Justin and tell him not to come?" Tyler asked. So his name was Justin.

I shook my head, I'd feel way bad if she did that. "I don't wanna be alone right now." Sadie mumbled crying a little less. I rubbed her shoulders unsure of what to do.

It wasn't just my apartment, I couldn't control who got to stay and who had to leave. Tyler had this planned last night, but Sadie really needed me... I honestly didn't know what to do.

"Do you wanna lay down and rest a little then once you wake up we can talk about it if you want." I suggested. She nodded, I led her to my room and let her lay down. I gave her the remote and went back out. "I feel really bad for her." She said. I shrugged, "There isn't much I could do about it. I promised last night I'd meet him. It shouldn't take any longer than like a couple hours to know him then you can run off with him and do the deed like you planned." I smirked at her.

She blushed and laughed.

The doorbell rang and she sprinted to open it up once again. She came back, but not with Sadie this time, but a really attractive guy. "Maddi, this is Justin and ,Justin, this is Maddi." She introduced.

Basically for the whole night Tyler and Justin were being cute and what not while I enviously watched them and regretted ever letting Carter go... Not that I even had a good optional choice.

Tyler just recently left with Justin though. For every single persons sake...

"Are you okay, Sadie?" I asked entering my room. I saw a tent in my bed, not the boner tents from guys, but like a body sized one. I heard soft snores coming from her mouth so I just left out again. I didn't want to wake her up. Plus, I was actually tired myself. So I took a shower and went to bed early. Just kind if hoping that Tyler and Justin don't come home and try to fuck in her bed because that'd be awkward.

Next day

I'd taken James up on his offer. I called his card number and went to go see him.

Not for my case help, but for defending skills.

-she know she looking for Rebecca's older sister to get that revenge lol-

"Is that all you wanted to see me for?" He asked. I nodded kind of embarrassed. "There's nothing to be ashamed of, Maddi, I mean. I'd rather have you come and learn how to fight then have your ass kicked every time you get into a fight." He pointed out. That was true I mean. The faster I learned the more capable I am of at least knowing what I'm doing within my next fight. If I have a next one. Which I hopefully didn't.

"Alright let's start then." He said.

Finally after I explained to him about my whole life story again. I told him about Rebecca's sister and he laughed his ass off which was highly expected.

There was supposed to be so much more but like I'm half a sleep trying to write because I Said I'd update but I didn't have this chapter written I have the next one written and after I get a good eight hours or more hopefully of sleep then I'll publish it :P after editing it
