Chapter 59 [Verdict]

-Serene's POV-

Napapikit nalang ako at lubusan ng kinabahan. Dahil sasabihin na nila ang resulta kung sisirain na ba nila ang kontrata or kung patatawarin ba nila ako.

Pero napaka impossible naman diba kung mapatawad pa nila ako sa mga nagawa ko. Since napaka selfish ng ginawa ko. Ginusto ko lang buhayin ulit si Nathan since ayoko siyang mawala sakin.

"Our verdict is.. " The three said to us.

I'm really scared right now.

Patuloy parin sa pagluha ang mga mata ko.

"That the contract will still remain and that your request, Mr. Vallente, cannot be fulfilled. This is our final decision." Shion said with authority in his voice.

Wait.

Totoo ba tong naririnig ko?

Hindi nila sinira ang kontrata?? .. Valid parin ang peace contract?

Nananaginip ba ko? Naghahalucinate? Hindi kasi ako makapaniwala sa sinabi ni Shion.

Pero bakit?

"What?! Why?! .. What was the reason for your decision?! I demand that you should tell me!!" Mr. Vallente said at galit na galit na siya.

"You really piss me off old man.." William said at lalapitan sana siya but Shion stopped him.

"He has the right to know.. Everyone in here has the right to know.." Shion said to William.

At hindi na siya umimik pa.

"Alright, since you demand for the truth.. We had made this kind of decision since, Serene made a selfless act. Yes, she made a selfish decision in turning Nathan just for him to stay in this world but she made sure to compensate for the mistakes that she made. By saving Nathan everytime that he's in a distress and by telling him the truth and by loving him unconditionally. But because of the circumstances that happened while she's trying to make things right, it turned out that she's unsuccessful but still, she's been sacrificing many things for Nathan. And that being said, made us decide that this girl, is already cleared in every sins that she made and they are no longer a candidate for the contract to be nulled. Nathan is also freed from the bounty hunter's association."

"The only reason that we should destroy the contract is that, if the involve vampire had been abusing his servants for his own entertainment and twisted reasons. And if this contract can no longer hold the peace between vampires and humans." William suddenly said.

"Yep.. The contract is made to avoid the extinction and abusing of humans. And as what I had seen to this girl.. She's not even a threat to the peace contract. She's just doing what she can for the one she love" Jason said and somehow, it turned out to be a bit cheesy line.

William and Shion stared at him and made a very awkward expression.

"That's just gross Jason, don't say such things it doesn't suit you" William suddenly mocks Jason.

"It really sounded cheesy Jason" Shion said to him

"What the hell guys.. " He just said at nag cross arms nalang.

Ang weird talaga nilang tatlo.

Maya maya pa ay bigla nalang lumapit si Eliz at hinarap silang tatlo.

"How about them? Mayi and Kryle?? They've also disobeyed the contract. It's going to be unfair if they had the same results" she said.

"Well, actually they do have the same results, these two are also not candidates for the contract to be voided." Shion said.
