The Topmost Floor in the City
Part 15
Taehuyng's house was one of the oldest buildings in the neighbourhood. Paint was peeling off here and there and weeds were growing out of the cracked cement walls. It looked run-down. I was waiting in the small park on the hill behind the building for Taehyung and Hoseok. From here I cold see in the outdoor hallway on Taehyung's floor.
I spotted Taehyung and Hoseok walking down an alley not far from the building. They exchanged a few words at the mouth of the alley. Hoseok watched Taehyung go inside the building before walking down the road again. He didn't know Taehyung also looked back to see him leave, too.
I called Hoseok and he picked up after three rings.
"Hoseok, can you call Taehyung?" I asked him.
Hoseok stopped walking. "I just saw hum, Hyung."
"I'm planning a trip for all of us to go to the sea again. Could you ask Taehyung to come as well?"
"Of course, he'll come with us," Hoseok laughed.
"Just to make sure, can you ask him for me? Let me know." I hung up hastily and watched Hoseok.
This was it. Hoseok had to go into Taehyung's house now.
Hoseok tilted his head, looking at his phone and turned around. Then, he went into Taehyung's house through the slightly ajar door.
