Someone shook my shoulder to wake me up. When I opened my eyes, I looked Out the car window at the seascape.
The sea breeze was chilly, probably because I'd just woken up. I wrapped my arms around me as I got out the car.
Everyone else was already far out on the beach where the waves broke against the shore.
