protect my grandparents

I wrote a letter to my grandparents earlier in the month and I got one back today (August 17) and this is the day I realized I have two completely different grandparents.

Granny:

Dear Abby, 

I love you for saying that I'm a strong woman. I try to be to keep the family together [and] sometimes it's hard.

You are special and you are the only granddaughter (she has 5 granddaughters including me) that really loves me the way I am.

There is nothing I wouldn't do for you. You are very dear to my heart.

I couldn't ask for [another] granddaughter like you. You really care especially when I'm sick you do text me to see how I'm doing.

I do appreciate it you are the apple of my eye. You are smart and beautiful.
