I jumped off onto the massive swinging vines behind Tsu'tey, taking off running behind him as we had a long distance to run on giant swinging vines.

Actually, I think they are more roots. There are a lot of roots running through and connecting these floating mountains. It's an amazing view though, a river running through the landscape below and hundreds of floating mountains dotting a sky with light cloud cover, as we have gotten above the fog we were in earlier. Polyphemus frame the background of the sky with a larger, closer moon.

The roots we were running on twist and wove together. Amazing to think that this is a part of Eywa's mind as well. I could feel the pulses of information being transferred beneath my feet. Then I remembered my plan to stop acknowledging that. I kept my focus on Tsu'tey's back as he jumped a decent distance to the lower winding root.

The other three were releasing calls I had come to realise are pretty normal for the Na'vi. I wish I could release some eagle calls like i did back home but Jake Sully is here and he will undoubtedly recognize those.

We reached the end of the roots, which dug a cavern up into the largest floating mountain yet. I followed Tsu'tey up the climb through the rock cave with rocky, jagged steps. It flattened out to a nice little cavern with a pool and water pouring from a hole in the ceiling of the cavern, light ahead.

I came to a stop, eyes wide at the sight before me. Thousands upon thousands of ikran flew the skies between these connected, tight packed floating mountains. So high up that, when I peeked over the edge the other female was looking over, I noticed you could hardly see the land below.

The calls of thousands of ikran echoed in the air, calls of hello, of stay away, of being happy to fly... They weren't hard to understand, and there are thousands of them.

I noticed the waterfall to our left before I jumped, hearing another call that was not in this little cavern. I looked up and my eyes widened as I saw a teal colored ikran coming in for a landing.

Right where I am standing.

I jumped back as the ikran landed proudly, wings raised in pride as it roared in Jake's face, Neytiri jumping off of it's back. The roar echoed down through the cave. How fitting, seems as though her ikran kind of fits the subtle pride Neytiri gives off. I wondered if Tsu'tey's ikran is always grumpy and scowling.

The thought nearly made me laugh.

I frowned as I noticed Jake nod, smiling to Neytiri who smiled back in an easy way that said smiles were not uncommon between the two. I looked away in anger, thinking of how much trouble Jake could put us in, falling for Neytiri. Surprisingly, my thoughts didn't immediately jump to how Tom Sully could have done better.

Neytiri looked to Tsu'tey.

"I See You." Neytiri said in greeting to Tsu'tey, as Tsu'tey walked over, returning the gesture with a hand.

I stood a bit away from the group, checking my burrowed bow to make sure I didn't damage it on the way up. I looked up to see Tsu'tey grinning in a not so nice way to Jake Sully who was still trying to catch his breath.

I never realised how much taller Tsu'tey is than Jake Sully. Huh, how interesting. I never noticed because I am a tall toothpick that I am actually a touch, only a touch, taller than Jake Sully. That left me wondering if, in my human body, I was taller than Tom Sully, since the two of them are twins.

I shook my head subtly, wondering why my thoughts went off down that trail.

"Jakesully will go first." Tsu'tey said, looking me and grinning like, 'Watch this moron fail.' I felt my lips twitch a touch. Really I wasn't going to choose sides here because, as much as I dislike Jake, he could end up killing his human body too if he died in this one and I had a promise to Tom Sully to keep.
