I flew Solros up next to the others, on Tsu'tey's left, frowning a touch when the female tries showing off, looking at Tsu'tey.

Tsu'tey did not seem amused, at all. In fact, he looked annoyed. Ah, now there is the typical Tsu'tey look.

"In formation." Tsu'tey called, nodding to me as Jake and Neytiri fell in line next to him. I didn't quite understand why Neytiri is here, but I have a bad feeling it is because she wants to be here with Jake. I adjusted my one hand on the leather wrappings connecting between Solros' two antenna, which is supposed to prevent damage to their antenna and allow Na'vi to have a free hand for their bow. I was still trying to find a comfortable way to sit on Solros' back, but the saddle helps.

I turned my head to the side, seeing Tsu'tey flying and looking like his ordinary grumpy self, but I have gotten a bit better at reading the guy. He was annoyed, very annoyed, and it wasn't hard to tell who he was annoyed with. Neytiri was flying on the other side of Tsu'tey with the biggest smirk that reminded me awfully of Jake Sully.

That 'problem' really has become a much bigger problem. I wish I could help Tsu'tey some, but for next for years I am going to do my best to make sure Jake Sully doesn't notice me much. Just as a precaution.

I was terrified of Hell's Gate finding out Trudy's words were nothing more than a ruse. But I wasn't terrified for myself. I was terrified for Norm, for Grace, for Max, for Trudy, and even for the Sanders scientist that produced the info on my blood. I set out here on Pandora to avoid connections....

Seems like I have made more than I have removed. Solros suddenly bobbed his neck in my funny way, making me yelp and grab on tighter. The annoying White Foot was amused. I glared at the back of Solros' head, looking and seeing the other female on her new ikran was giving me a not so nice look.

Errr... why? What did I do? I subtly looked down the line and groaned quietly in annoyance, shoulders slumping. Don't tell me, she has her eyes set on that male that I keep doing my best to ignore. He just ran into the ikran of the other guys and they fumbled in the air for a while before getting back into formation.

I looked forward with a glare, hearing a faint but familiar chuckle of amusement. I glared to my left and noticed Tsu'tey was smirking, making my eyes narrow.

Hmmm....

I smirked as Solros took the upcoming turn justtt a touch to tight, smirking even more as I heard Tsu'tey's ikran, Pil, roar in annoyance. No one would ever know that was me picking on Tsu'tey. I probably had the biggest smirk on my face right then.

Tsu'tey flew back into the line, glaring at me but it wasn't his typical 'I-will-kill-you' glare, more his 'That-is-annoying' glare. I grinned in amusement before my eyes were drawn to Neytiri, oddly studying how Tsu'tey and I interacted. Wasn't sure why she looked relieved though.

I mean, it isn't like I like her future mate as more than a friend.

Right?

I looked forward, suddenly feeling a jumbled mess of unsureness. I mean, he's my friend, that is all he is. He is my teacher, now he is my annoying friend. Right. Soon we were deep into the mountains once more, my eyes watching the low sun as our formation wove through tight enclosed floating mountains and the tall pillars of rock actually coming from the ground. The sun was just reaching the point of going from yellow to orange.

I watched the ikran in the distance, flying between rocks and roaring out to each other, even a few play fights in the air could be seen. Every time I studied the beauty of Pandora before, I always felt like I was looking upon some sort of magnificent dream. That the green, the life, there is no way such beauty could be real.
