27: Truth or Drink, 2

I look back at Nick with a death stare. He would only ask that because he knows i'm the one who doesn't want anyone knowing about us. We stare at one another for a little longer and he smirks back at me. I continued the straight face look until I heard everyone getting quiet to hear my answer. I sit up off the back of the couch and begin to pour a shot.

"my last time wasn't even that good, so i'm just gonnaaaa..." i say as I tilt my head back, drinking the shot. A few people laugh at this. I see Maggie laughing super hard but trying to contain it. I smile at her, she's the only one who understands.

"Ay that's not fun why can't you answer?" Ian says.

"I don't need all y'all up in my business, and also like i said, it wasn't memorable"

I kinda regretted saying that as soon as i did. I could see how it would be too far to be kidding around with Nick. I glance over at him and see him on his phone. I guess he was rejecting eye contact. Maybe he didn't hear me.

The game went on a little longer and everyone was drunk. Not much drama had happened yet, tho. Everyone was just drinking instead of answering for the most part.

"ok uhhhhh y/n imma ask you" Zion says, slurring his words.

My head was spinning, so it was kind of hard to focus on the question. I couldn't say the secret about Nick and I, since Maggie knew. I dodged that one real quick.

"i guess that i used to be fat" i say laughing.

"what?! like when?" Ian says.

"like all my life until i was like 15. I lost about 50 pounds my sophomore year of high school"

"how did none of us know about this?" Mags says from across the room.

"dunno...yeah i was kinda ignored until my junior year" i tell them.

"Then when did you lose your virginity" a drunk Zion asks.

"that's not a game question, i don't have to answer that" i say.

"ok then y/n i have a question for you...when did you get fucked for the first time"

"ohhhhh k...i really can't say. It's like embarrassing." i say, grabbing the bottle. As i pick it up, i see that it is empty. Zion then breaks out into a laughing fit.

"now you gotta answer, girl" he jokes.

"ugh just don't make it a huge deal" i say. They all agreed quickly, just wanting to hear an answer already.

"i had just turned 18"

"BRUH that's not horrible, I thought you were about to say last week or some shit" Zion says.

"girl you got me scared for a second" Haley says next to me.

The party begins to filter out and we all agree on ordering a few ubers. We could pick up our cars tomorrow from this neighborhood or something. I wouldn't have to though since I rode with Ian. I'm just about to get in my uber to go home when I feel a hand on my arm. I turn to see Zion.

"hey you gonna be good going home alone?" he asks me.

"yeah yeah don't worry, it's not far"

"aight night y/n"

"night Z" i say as I shuffle into the back seat of the vehicle.

I get home safe and walk in my front door. I look around for a second for Nessa, but then i see a note on the fridge.

hey girl, i went to emmets house, don't worry.

I read it and then throw it in the trash. Emmet was her boyfriend. I'm glad she tells me when she's ok like that. I make my way into my room, swaying as I walk. I click my speaker to play some alicia keys and SZA type music. I take off my jeans and change into pj shorts. I then take out my earrings and set them on my vanity. Just as I was about to do the rest of my night routine, I get tired and end up sitting on the end of my bed. I close my eyes and could feel myself about to doze off, but then hear my bedroom door click shut. I look up quickly to see Nick standing there with a straight face.

"what the fuck you scared me!" i say.

"you need to lock your front door, especially at night, stupid" Nick tells me as he starts walking to me. I stand up in front of him before he can get super close. I also put my hand out, blocked his chest.

"hey no i'm mad at you" i say.

"why?"

"cause you said you were going to the party cause i was going and then you spent the whole night with those twins" I say angry as i point at him.

"well you said to everyone that the last person you had sex with wasn't even that good."

I stare at him for a second and cross my arms. I give him a small shrug with attitude. "i also said it wasn't memorable"

"then lemme give you something to remember" Nick whispers as we clash our lips together. we fall onto my bed in one another's arms. He doesn't waste anytime in getting rough. His lips go from mine, all the way down to my neck and collarbone. I run my fingers though his hair as i grip it. He began moaning loudly. I was happy that Nessa wasn't here tonight.
