Chapter Eight

Fellbeck Hall, Cairns...

The show was awesome! People singing along with our songs were like chocolates given to us; It's sweet.

Okay, so nonsense talk. We'll play rejects for the next song.

"You ready for the next song? Get ready for Rejects!" I said and we started playing.

Everyone was jumping and rocking with the song. Michael and Claud who moves like they took drugs; running, jumping and slamming their guitars.

We're almost on the part where Claud is doing her guitar riffs when she suddenly stopped.

The crowd's noise went down and she went beside me and took the mic.
"Well fuck, two of my guitar strings snapped. Im sorry!" she said laughing, held her hands up then went to get her Ibanez e-guitar. We all shook our heads laughing.

"Can I give another shot for my riff?" she said with puppy eyes.

The crowd cheered and she did her part and continued playing the song.

After the song, she grabbed an acoutic guitar and Ashton pulled his beatbox?

"So guys, just for a moment, we're going to disband." Ashton said grinning.

Calum sat on the stage floor; Michael fixed their mics and sat on the edge of the stage. Me? i dont know, i just stood behind Michael.

"Since we all do the singing, and since for a moment 5sos had decided to disband to give Ashton and Claud the chance to sing." Calum said smiling.

"5sos we'll get back together after their show." Michael said emphasizing the word THEIR.

"So what do you guys have in the store? What do you call yourselves?" I asked going along with their trips.

Claud pulled up her hair in a messy pony. "Yeah so we're still disband for a moment, we call ourselves Wink-22, sounds like Blink-182 right?" She said chuckling.

"Why Wink-22?" Calum asked.

"Ash loves to wink, i love 22 so thats it." she said.

"And it supposed to annoy Luke, coz he wants to be in Blink-182." Ash said chuckling.

"You're insane!" I grunted causing them to laugh.

"Okay so bear with us, this is Wink-22 covering I miss you by Blink-182." Claud announced.

Ashton started to tap his beatbox then Claud did the bass and rhythm. My princess really kicks.

Ashton sing the first part with his low pitch:

We managed to do some back up vocals for them.
Well, they did an acoustic session. Their voices was heard finally and the crowd cheered for more.

"We didnt know we clicked so fast and stole all your hearts!" Ashton muttered.

"Still have more?" I said then Claud smirked at me.

"This is the last song guys, Ash taught me how to sing this song, which I heard from someone.We're practicing this at the bathroom. Yeah, thats our studio" she said grinning on her joke.

"Guess what is it." she said smiling before plucking on the guitar.

I waited and listen on the song.
Oh shit no! she's not singing my favorite song!

She started the verse with her own version of the song. Ash just give her a back up vocals.

There it goes again! i heard her whisper my name! And the part of the song she sang, I feel like it resembles the relationship we have to each other?

Am I too obvious now that I like her? not just a bandmate or a friend? And whenever she glanced at me, i feel something bothering in my chest.
