I popped my head out of the staircase and looked both ways— no security. I slipped into the hall and quickly walked to room 328 where I lightly knocked on the door. It couldn't be too loud, otherwise others would hear and the boys would get in trouble. It was insane how many rules Bill had about anyone seeing the guys before the game.
There was the sound of talking on the other side of the door before the sound of the lock and chain being slid came through. After a second, the door was pulled open and Jules stuck his head out.
"Jame? What the fuck are you doing here?" He questioned. His blue eyes were wide and full of surprise. "You shouldn't be here."
I was nervous about the game. And it wasn't sitting right. I could have texted Danny, but it didn't sit right when he was just a few floors down.
"I need to talk to Danny," I told him. I bit my lip and tugged my long sleeves down so I could grip them in my hands.
"Jame... You know the rules. You shouldn't be here. Coach could kill us and you," he reminded. His blue eyes were full of sympathy.
"Please..." I whispered. "W-where is he? I just need to talk to him." My eyes were beginning to get wet. I felt like I was going to explode with nervousness and it only ever seemed like Danny was able to talk me down from it.
Julian closed his eyes and sucked in a breath before he looked at me with his lips pursed. "He's in the shower," he replied. "Just come in... I'll go to Gronks."
He pulled the door open the rest of the way and moved aside to let me in. "Have Dola text me when you two are done," he told me as he moved out the door.
"Thank you, Jules," I whispered as I looked back toward him. "I really appreciate it."
Julian nodded for a second. "Danny's done the same for me," he replied. "I'll see you in a bit." He pulled the door shut.
I looked around, noticing Danny's bag on the far bed, I decided to sit on that one. He'd just gotten out of the shower as I could not hear the shower going, but I could hear the faucet— which meant he was brushing his teeth.
As I sat there and waited, I pulled my hoodie, well Danny's hoodie, closer to my body. Then the door was pulled open and Danny's soothing voice came from inside. "Jules, I forgot to grab my deodorant. Can you bring it over here?"
I didn't answer. I just sat there, waiting for him to come out. After a few seconds he spoke up again. "Jules? I swear to god if you fell asleep again..." He grumbled before his head popped around the corner. "Jamie?!" His eyes went wide.
"Hi Danny," I mumbled. Almost the quietest I had ever spoken before.
Danny instantly moved out with a towel around his waist. "What's wrong?! Why are you here!? Are you okay?!" He questioned as he made his way toward me.
"I'm okay," I replied. "I just really needed to talk to you." I told him as I stood from the bed and wrapped my arms around him. "I'm just so nervous and anxious."
He hugged me back as I snuggled into his bare chest. "Why so nervous? Are you sure everything is fine?" He asked as he hugged me tighter and ran a hand through my hair.
I nodded against him. "I just..." I pulled away from him to look up into those caring brown eyes. "I needed to tell you..." I began, but was cut off.
"Tell me what, babe? You can tell me anything," he replied as his hands on my hips tightened a bit.
My heart was pumping so fast as his eyes stayed glued to mine. "I just... I want you to know that no matter how today goes, that I am proud of you and I love you. So fucking much." I told him as tears began pulling from my eyes. "I-I had to tell you that."

"This is so cool," I said as Gisele, the kids, and I got out of the elevator. I looked around the lobby of the suites in awe. "I never thought I'd get to go to the Super Bowl, let alone be in a Suite for one!"
"It is pretty cool," Gisele replied. "The suite should be right up here!" I moved so she was leading up to where we needed to be. When we got there, she scanned each of our tickets and pushed our ways in.
The kids were instantly distracted by the big bowl of popcorn on the table, so Gisele stood there with the to make sure they didn't make a mess as I looked around in awe. This was absolutely amazing.
As I walked through the suite, studying all the 'free' stuff It had to offer, I made my way to the outside portion. When I looked out the glass door, I paused. Was someone sitting in our "outside seats"? I pushed my way out, and stopped dead in my tracks when I saw who it was.
"Oh my god! Penny!? What are you doing here!? You shouldn't be here right now!" I squealed in shock.
She and Amelia turned in their seats with the biggest smiles on their faces. "Hey Jamie!" Penny greeted with the biggest smile I'd ever seen. "I'd get up right now if I could!"
I moved up and leaned down to wrap my arms around her. "I can't believe you're here! This is so exciting! Jules must be so happy!"
Her eyes went wide. "He doesn't know I'm here! This is a surprise for everyone! Nick only helped me with the ticket! Amelia got hers from Gronk!" She replied with a big smile as she leaned in to hug me. "This is so exciting! I just wish the little one was here for it!"
I pulled back, but before I could say anything, I was interrupted. "Auntie Penny!!! Baby!!! You're here!" Vivian practically screamed as she came running outside.
"Of course I am!" Penny exclaimed. "The little guy and I wouldn't miss this for the world!"
