Hey y'all. I'm sorry it's taken so long. I've been dealing with some crappy stuff lately.
This chapter is not edited. Please enjoy.

"Where is everyone?" I asked Danny as we walked up to the dock at a marina where there was a boat with a captain waiting for us.
Danny's hand squeezed mine a little tighter. "It's just you and me! Well and the captain!"
"Why!? Who cares if there are other people around? What's next? An empty plane ride home?" I questioned as I looked back to him with an eyebrow raised.
Danny rolled his eyes. "This is a special tour. We get to have our own personal tour! We're going further out than they'd normally go," Danny reasoned. "It'll be fun!"
I decided not to respond and trust him. Hopefully we'd be seeing some really cool sharks and other creatures.
We stepped onto the boat and took our seats as the engine roared to life and the captain began speaking— giving us the low down of the area and the submarine we'd be getting on in 10 minutes time.
"Do you think we will see any whales?" I asked. "They've been leaping from the water nonstop from what I've seen on the balcony."
Danny shrugged as his hand found mine. "Maybe! I think we're going out far enough for that. But the engine may scare them away. I think it'd be cool to see some up close!" He was smiling the entire time. "I hope we see some of those puffer fish! Those things are so funny!"
I giggled and shook my head. "I should've known! That one in Finding Nemo made you and Jules laugh so hard," I recalled. "You two are such kids!"
Danny rolled his eyes and chuckled. "Maybe I'll get to tell Jules about really seeing one! It's just so funny. The way they puff up is just... Humorous!" He let out a giggle as his eyes sparkled in the Hawaiian sun.
I rolled my eyes and face palmed before looking back at him. "Oh my god. I'm dating a ten year old! Next thing you're gonna tell me is you think I have cooties!"
Danny's eyes went wide and he pulled his hand from mine. "You probably do! Ewwww why'd I hold your hand!?" He chuckled back at me and grabbed my hand again. "I love your cooties." He mumbled as he leaned in and pressed his lips to mine. "I love a lot more than them cooties, too."
"God I hate you." I mumbled as I leaned into him and watched as we approached the submarine.
"But I love you." He said back, placing a kiss on my hair.
"I love you, too. For some reason," I mumbled as the boat docked to the submarine.
We got up and moved over to the submarine, where a new adventure was waiting.

Danny started the car, threw his head back, and began laughing. "I can't believe that shark went after that puffer fish! And the fish puffed up!" He exclaimed. "Oh my god! It was so funny!"
"Are you going to actually be able to show the video to Jules?" I asked. "You were giggling like a schoolgirl the entire time!"
"I was not giggling!" Danny shot back. He rolled his eyes and pulled out of the parking spot. "Besides! He'll be the one giggling like a schoolgirl when he sees it! He thinks they're so much funnier than I do!"
I rolled my eyes. "You two are two pees in a damn pod! I'm sure when you show him you'll be giggling all over again," I pointed out. "Where are we headed to now?"
"I will not! You watch! I will sit there, stone cold face! Not even a smile," he shot back, trying to sound serious. "And we're headed to dinner, if that's okay. There's a place that's like ten minutes from our house that I want to try out."
"What kind of place is it?" I questioned as I looked out over the fields of growing pineapples. It was the golden hour, which was absolutely perfect. A quick dinner, and we'd be able to get back to the house and enjoy some of the sunset.
"It's a high end restaurant. I hear that they have some of the best lobster on the island, and I know you love lobster," he said as he kept his eyes on the road.
"But what about you? You're not much for seafood," I said, looking toward him with an arched eyebrow.
Danny shrugged. "They have stuff like filet and chicken, too. I think I'll be fine," Danny told me. "You don't have to worry about me. I chose it!"
I reached over and put my hand on top of his. "I know. I just feel bad because I know you'll be paying for it. You won't even let me carry money around with me!"
"Babe. I've told you a million times. Save your money. When you're with me, you're taken care of. I will not be having you spend money," he told me. "You deserve it. Especially with how busy things have been back home! Just wait for our messages later this week! It'll be heavenly. You'll be so relaxed."
I let out a sigh. "You're the only one I want a massage from," I whined. "But that sounds so good. I need to relax more."
Danny smiled back and nodded. "We both do. I'm looking forward to our beach day on Wednesday. It'll be a nice day of us, the sun, and the ocean." His hand moved to grab mine.
"That sounds wonderful," I mumbled as. Let my eyes shut as I embraced the warm sun. "Man. This sun feels so good right now."
"Don't look now, but we're here, babe," Danny said as he pulled into a parking lot.
My eyes snapped open and my eyes widened. The place looked beautiful. It was right on the ocean and had string lights draped over the patio.
Danny parked the car and we got out, making our way up to the hostess where Danny told her his name and she moved to seat us at a table near the beach.
When I opened the menu my eyes nearly popped out of their sockets. "Jesus Danny," I mumbled as I looked up over the menu to meet his eyes. "The filet is like 50 dollars! So is the lobster! And knowing yo-..."
I was cut off by the manager making his way up to our table with a bottle of Chardonnay. "Here is the Nickel & Nickel, Truchard Vineyard, Carneros, California 2018 you requested, Mr. Amendola. Please let me know if there if anything else I can grab for the two of you while you are here," the man with salt and pepper hair told Danny. "Enjoy your meal, Daliah will be right with you."
I arched an eyebrow at Danny as he poured the Chardonnay into our glasses. "I hope you enjoy this, it's supposed to be some of the best that they have here," he told me. A small smile was on his face.
"And how much is it," I asked. I knew he wouldn't tell me. So before he could follow my eyes to the drink menu, I swept it off the table and began looking for the long obnoxious name the manager had just said.
"Jame! You don't need to know! This is on me!" Danny complained as he tried to reach across the table and swipe the menu from my hand.
I dodged him as I found it. "Danny!" My eyes went wide and my jaw dropped. "Are you kidding me!? The bottle is 100 dollars?! You'll be spending damn near 300 dollars tonight!"
Danny rolled his eyes as he snatched the list from my hand and placed it on the table. "Who cares!? It's a you and me night! We don't get many of these!"
I sighed in defeat. Why did I argue with him? The man would never let me pay for anything.
My eyes moved to look down at the table as I let out a long sigh. A second later, I looked up and met those sparkling brown eyes. "You're lucky I love you, Amendola."
A smirk was now on his face. "Indeed I am. I am one lucky man."
