"Are you almost done getting ready in there," Danny called through the bathroom door. He was beginning to get restless and it was only nine in the morning. We had a full day ahead of us still.
"Yeah, Yeah," I said as I pulled the door open. "I literally need to put my hair up, then I'll be ready," I told him as I took my scrunchie off my wrist and pulled my hair back into a messy bun.
I turned to look at him standing there with a beach bag in his hand. "You look absolutely beautiful this morning, Jame," he said with a smile on his face.
I blushed and shook my head. "Oh shut up," I said with a giggle. "I left my sunglasses on the table, right? I'm definitely going to need them today!"
Danny stood in my way as I tried to push my way out of the bathroom. He dropped the beach bag and wrapped his arms around me. "I'm not kidding, you know? Your tan makes you glow; I love it."
I blushed again and pressed my lips to his. "I love you, but we should probably get out there. It's amazing here and I don't want to waste another minute," I said as I pulled from his arms and moved away from him.
"That's not fair," he called after me.
I grabbed my sunglasses and turned around to see him smiling back at me. His sunglasses were on his forehead as he looked at me. "You can't just run away," he said with a small pout.
"I won't run if you come with me," I joked, nodding toward the front door.
He moved up to me, grabbed my hand, and we were on our way toward the public beach, where we'd spend a nice long day of lazing, swimming, tanning, and doing nothing.
The first two days we had it, we'd gone snorkeling, which was pretty cool. We saw so many creatures. Sea turtles, at least 20 different types of fish, eels, and some beautiful coral.
"What are we doing tomorrow, if we don't have the bungalow," I asked as Danny and I swung our hands back and forth between us.
Danny squeezed my hand and shrugged. "I was thinking we could maybe do some sight seeing? Maybe a helicopter ride," he said as we made our way down the beach. "Plus, we have our own private beach too. I think we should go night swimming before we go, as well. The moon will be out tonight for sure."
I nodded. "That sounds good... and Really? A helicopter? Are you insane? I've said it a million times, and I will say it again Danny, that cannot be cheap," I told him, tipping my sunglasses down a bit so I could show him I was looking at him.
He tipped his down and gave me a smirk. "It was apart of the vacation package, so don't give me that sass Ms. Wells," he said, his brown eyes looking back at me.
I smiled back at him as we continued to make our way to the bungalow, where we'd left some of our stuff from the day before. "You're crazy. What kinda package was it?" I asked. Whatever the package was, it had to be crazy, because there was so much that was included, or so he told me.
"Danny!" Someone called from behind us, making us stop dead in our tracks.
This was hawaii, who in hell could possibly know him?
"Danny!" They called again, causing both of us to turn around and see who was running our way.
I instantly didn't like what I saw. A completely fake blonde woman in a red bikini, that barely covered her massive boobs was running up to us. What on earth? Danny's hand grasped my hand a little tighter. So he knew her? Jealousy shot through my veins.
"Hey Danny," she said with a big smile. She didn't seem to care that I existed, or the fact that Danny didn't want her to, but she leaned forward and gave him a one armed hug. "How are you?! It's been so long!"
