You're outside with your father and he's teaching you how to shoot because he claims that you're old enough, though your mother disagrees with idea.
Dad: Squeeze the trigger smooth, always remember: squeeze not pull.
You will always remember that.
You: Squeeze, not pull...
*BANG!*
You hit the bottle perfectly! Your dad pats you on the back
Dad: Nice shot, kiddo!
You: Thanks, dad!
You both hug in excitement. As your father is about to set up a new bottle, your mother calls for both.
Mom: Boys, dinner!
Dad: In a sec, babe!
You're both on your way to walk inside.
You: What's for dinner today?
Dad: I'm pretty sure it's spaghetti.
You: Awesome, I love spaghetti.
Your dad says something that he knows annoys you.
Dad: And broccoli!
You: Ewwwww!
Dad: And onions!
You: Daaaad!
He picks you up and puts you on his shoulder making you giggle. He then says in a tone that makes you laugh.
Dad: What you don't like yo mama's food?!
You giggle as he tickles you while on his shoulder.
You: S-stop, I c- Hahahaha! You say, in between laughs.
You both walk inside as you're both giggling.
Mom: Did you two have fun?
You: Yeah!
Dad: Yeah, Y/N here's a natural.
This makes you smile and do a superhero pose.
Mom: Alright, well, sit down before it gets cold.
While eating you all hear an important message on the tv.
News anchor: We interrupt this program with some breaking news, virus spreads around causing unknown effects at this time. We ask that you all stay inside until everything settles down.
A/N: sounds familiar
Mom: Oh, god, that can't be good.
Your dad calms your mom down.
Dad: Don't worry about it, this should blow over pretty soon.
You then realize something.
You: does that mean I don't have to go back to school for a while?!
Your dad sighs at your reaction.
Dad: Yes, Y/N, this means you won't have school.
You whisper in an exciting tone.
You: Yes!
3 hours later
Dad: Alright, Y/N, time for bed.
You hop into bed. Your dad tucks you in.
Dad: Goodnight, Y/N, I love you.
You: Wait! Can I sleep with the hat tonight?
Your dad let's out a sigh.
Dad: Okay, Y/N. I'll be right back.
Your dad walks out the door and comes back a few minutes later and gives you his hat.

You place it on your head and falls covering your eyes. You smile and lift it up and look at your dad.
You: Thanks, dad! Goodnight, I love you!
Dad: I love you, too, goofball.
