Chapter 24: Sewer

You climb down the sewer, you hear Clementine screaming your name. You get to the bottom and look up to see walkers dangling their arms trying to reach you. A walker then falls down the sewer, it falls to its death.

You: Hello?! Can anyone hear me?! If you can hear me, just get back to the house, okay? I'll meet you there!

You walk down the sewer and see a sliding tunnel. You walk down the middle and slip and fall the rest of the way there.

You: Damn, that smells.

You get up and walk the path that leads you to a bunch of walkers eating something. You run to an opening in the wall and crouch through. You see a handle on some sort of pipe. You turn the handle to see what it does. It releases a bunch of water to your left, where you see a walker trying to eat the water. You take the handle off the pipe and turn around. There's a gate that leads back to the place you fell. You try opening it. Locked.

You: Shit... maybe I can use the ice pick.

You pull out the ice pick and pull on the locking mechanism, it won't budge so you put you foot on the wall and pull. It unlocks. You pen the gate and walk out. You see another pipe that can fit the handle on it. You walk over to the pipe and put the handle on. You turn the handle, making the water come out right next to you. You stand up and look at the walkers.

You: Here they come.

You run back towards the gate that you opened and crawl back inside. You look out the other entrance and see all the walker legs walk by the hole in the wall. Once you're in the clear you walk out and notice the thing that they were eating. It was Chuck with a gun in hand and a bullet in his head.

You: Poor bastard... you did good, old man.

You check to see if the gun had any ammo. None.

You: Must've been saving the last one for himself.

You stand up and see a walker at the end of the tunnel. You walk towards it but something grabs your ankle. A walker.

You: Argh!

The walker at the end of the tunnel heard you and turns around, it starts walking towards you. You take out the ice pick and force the walkers hand off, freeing you from its grasp. You turn to the other walker and kick it's knee out, you stab it in the head. You turn around to see if the other walkers are still distracted, they are. You walk up the stairs and see a broken ladder over a blue sign. You try to reach for it but can't, you take out the pick and try to get a running start. You try to kick the sign so it can give you some leverage but the sign comes loose. You fall on your ass and look at the opening behind the sign.

You: The hell?

You get up and move the sign out of the way. There's a big hole in the wall. You walk through the hole and enter a place that looks like a nuclear fallout shelter. You see a door and open it and walk into a room that looks like an old morgue filled with elderly people. You hear a gun click right next to you.

Old man: Who are you?

You: I could ask you the same question.

Old man: You barged in on us. And I'm the one holding the gun. So I'll ask you again. Who are you?

You: Get that gun out of my face, old man.

Old man: You look like a kid that Crawford wanted to keep. Are with Crawford?

You give the old man a death glare, this frightens him a little and you take this opportunity to disarm him.

You: Now that I'm the one holding the gun: who the hell are you?

The old man is silent. You now take out your colt python and put it in your other hand.

You: Mom and dad here, asked you a question...

The old man looks at it and back up at you. You've managed to frighten him, he's gonna tell you everything you wanna know.

Old man: Sit. I'll tell you everything...
