Clem starts to cry and bows her head.
You: Clem, look at me...
Clem looks up at you with tears in her eyes.
You: You need to go...you need to make sure that you're both safe...
Clem: No...no, we can fix you!
You: Don't, Clem...don't lie to yourself...
Clem: Don't talk like that!
You start coughing really badly.
You: Clem...you know what has to happen.
Clem: Please, Y/N...please don't leave me...we're in love with each other!
You: I know...I know...that's why I'm doing this...because I love you... But you need to make sure that our little goofball here grows taller than I...than I ever did... You need to leave...
Clem starts sobbing. You hold her cheek. You brush her cheek with your thumb.
You: I love you more than anything in this world... Do you remember...the night you wanted to run away with me? I told you I'd follow to the end...I guess this is the end... And I'm so happy that this was our journey. I couldn't've asked for anything better.
You reach into your back pocket. You pull out Clementine's hat.
She smiles. She kisses your hand. You smile at her.
She takes the hat and puts it on.
You take your hand away from Clem's face. You look at AJ, who's just sobbing.
You: AJ...do you remember when we told you about Molly?
AJ nods.
You: ...Before Clem went missing...she gave me a letter that said I'd beat this world... I didn't...but you will... I know you will.
You slowly take of your hat. You look at it for a second, then you look up at AJ.
You: ...This was my dad's before it was mine...
You offer the hat.
You: Now it's yours.
He takes the hat.
AJ: ...I'll wear it everyday... I promise.
You smile.
You: Good... Good...
The walkers groaning gets louder. You look back and see them starting to get on the bridge.
You: It's time... You have to go now... Leave me.
You look at AJ and you smile.
You: I love you...you beautiful boy.
AJ: ...I love you, too.
You look at Clem. You start to cry.
You: I love you, Clementine.
She starts crying.
Clem: I love you, Y/N...I love you so much.
She kisses you one last time.
Clem: Thank you...
You nod.
You: ...Run.
Clem and AJ stand up. They turn around, run and jump across the bridge, and run away.
