Chanyeol woke up reaching to his side. When he felt the empty half of his bed, he opened his eyes to look for Baekhyun but he was not there. He sat up, feeling a whole lot better than the day before, and took his phone from the bed-side table. He searched for Baekhyun's name and pressed 'call'. He was not surprised that Baekhyun did not answer but he still hoped he would.

Where are you?

I thought you'd stay?

Call me, please.

He went outside his room and down the stairs to find his father sitting at the dining table. He sat on his usual seat as Ms. Nam prepared his breakfast.

Jisoo came running down and sat infront of him, and Kim Na Na walked towards the empty chair on Chanyeol's left.

"Good morning, Mr. Park." Na Na cheerfully said.

"I told you to call me 'dad' already." Mr. Park responded.

"Ah.. yes, dad." She said, a little embarassed. "Good morning, Chanyeol-ie."

Chanyeol ignored her and looked at the plate of food Ms. Nam brought infront of him.

"Don't be rude to your fiancé." Mr. Park said.

"I have a headache."

"Is it too much to say good morning back?" Mr. Park kept staring at Chanyeol, waiting for him to utter the respond he wanted him to give.

Chanyeol gritted his teeth and looked briefly at Kim Na Na, spewing a quick 'good morning' to her. He continued eating his food and tried devouring as fast as he could escape breakfast.

The table was silent as the three of them eat their breakfast and Mr. Park drank his coffee while reading the paper.

"Is he late even for breakfast?" Chanyeol said to himself with a hint of annoyance, but didn't expect to be loud enough for everyone to hear.

"What?" Mr. Park asked.

"Baekhyun." He said. "Is he late again?"

"He already left." Mr. Park said.

"This early? Where'd he go this early?"

"I didn't see him go." Jisoo said.

"Well, he did." Kim Na Na blurted out.

"What do you know?" Chanyeol said in annoyance.

"I saw him. He was in a hurry, I don't know why. He even yelled at me for being on his way. So rude." Na Na said.

"Baekhyun isn't like that. He's not rude." Jisoo defended.

"Well, he did. He even called me a bitch then pushed me. And when I followed him, he screamed at the maids, looking for his keys."

"Don't make stuff up."

"If you don't believe me, ask Mr. Park. He was there."

"Is that true, dad?" Jisoo asked.

"Well," Mr. Park put his newspaper down. "his voice was loud earlier. I don't know why, but he's been like that for a long time now."

"What? That's impossible! Baekhyun wouldn't do that." Jisoo said.

"I guess, he's having a hard time. I tried understanding him, but sometimes he just can't be controlled. Especially when he arrives home late. I guess he's still upset that I didn't give him his own house that he asked for." Mr. Park added.

"Well, I bet he's meeting more men often these days. I saw him one time-"

Kim Na Na was interupted by a loud smash of utensils on the table.
