Ashur is shocked when Airish called him "baby." Looks like she distracted him to lose.
He smirked. "Baby, huh?"
"Why? Is it not?" she asked like it was normal.
"Oh, baby. I'm going to win this." he winked at her and give a playful smile.
Airish rolled her eyes and started counting from 1 to 3 before they start to shoot.
Round 1— Ashur wins
"See, baby?" pang-aasar niya kay Airish.
"First round palang. 'Wag kang mayabang." sagot nito at inirapan pa siya.
Natawa nalang siya at nagsimula na ulit sila.
Round 2— Airish wins
"I told you. Don't be mayabang." she said then smirked.
He just smiled and wink at her.
Round 3 na. It will determine kung sino sa kanila ang mananalo.
"What's the price?" tanong niya.
"Hmm... a two-week vacation and the loser will pay all the expenses." sagot nito.
"Vacation, huh? Where to?"
"Hmm. Depends sa mananalo." she said and smiled at him until it turns into a smirk.
Nagsimula na sila. He is focusing at the target— bullseye. Dapat yun lang ang matamaan niya. Tie silang dalawa ni Airish. He needs to win. Vacation sounds good.
When the target came forward. Napa-ngiti siya.
"All bullseye." sabay na sabi nila.
Kaya nagka-tinginan silang dalawa. Both of them smirked.
"So, I guess it's all a tie. We'll go for a vacation." sabi ni Airish. Habang nag-aayos na sila gamit nila.
Vacation sounds good. But, vacation with her sounds better. They both needed the vacation. Airish— can relax. Him— needs diversion.
Lumabas na sila ng shooting area and now, naglalakad sila papunta sa Café. They want to eat. Nakaka-drained din kasi ng energy ang ginawa nila. 3 rounds with 3 different guns each round.
Umorder na sila ng food nila at nag-hanap ng mauupuan. They found a single table with two chairs sa bandang dulo. Kaya do'n na sila umupo.
"So, saan tayo?" tanong niya. Kung siya kasi ang tatanungin kahit saan. Hindi naman siya mapili.
Tiningnan naman siya ni Airish. Na-ngalumbaba naman 'to habang nag-iisip.
"How about Maldives?"
Wow. "Maldives? A couple's paradise?"
"Hoy! Hindi lang for couple 'yon." asik nito. Kaya natawa siya.
"Fine. Fine. Maldives, it is. Kelan? Saturday ngayon. Sa Monday na agad?"
"OA ka ha. Hindi naman agad-agad. We'll schedule it. Ang dami ko pang trabaho and you also. Kaya dapat before vacation wala na. Para no work sa vacation. Stress-free. Father-free." sabi nito. Pero hindi niya narinig yung huling sinabi nito o sadyang hindi talaga ipina-rinig sa kanya ni Airish.
Dumating na yung order nila kaya they started eating.
"Oh! Alam ko na. Para may twist naman yung vacation natin." sabi ni Airish. Mukhang excited pa sa na-isip.
