'Shit shit shit!'

I panicked to myself pacing back and forth. The minute I entered his room I saw photos and sketches pinned on his wall. He couldn't help but show me his plans, how to get more evidence and reality hit me in the face like a brick. He's way more into this than I had originally imagined.

"Sally?"

A knock was heard on the door causing me to quickly look over towards the noise. "You've been in the bathroom for over 10 minutes. "Are you blowing up my toilet?" He teased.

"What? No!" I raise my voice defensively so he could hear me through the door.
'How do I get out of this?'

"Are you hurt? Is something wrong?" He seemed concerned "Sally?" He asked trying to open the door.

...

I opened the door to see Liam right in front of me.

"Sorry" I tell him straightening out my shirt "I felt sick so I had to hover by the toilet for a bit"

"You're sick?" He pressed his hand to my forehead.

"I'm okay now" I gave him a smile

"Are you sure?" He asked me again

"I'm positive" I assure him, we both made our way to his room again.

In his room there my eyes naturally glanced towards thee drawings pinned to the wall. Hoodie...Toby...Masky... different sketches...different angles...he wants to do this right.

"Can't help but look right?" He smiled as he organised a few things on his desk. "They're freaky as shit that's for sure"

"Have your parents ever questioned your drawings?" I asked curiously, he turned to face me as sat leaning back in his swivel desk chair.

"I draw a lot. So they don't think anything of it"

"Well that's lucky then. They'll just think you're being your weird usual self"

"Hey! Who are you calling weird?" He complained

I look on his desk where I noticed a small simple sketch to which it caught me by surprise.

"Liam" I pick up the piece of paper
'I can't believe I completely forgot about it when he mentioned it!'

I look at the sketch of that damned faceless creature. "you've mentioned before that you've seen that thing haven't you?"

"Yeah, it didn't notice me though...but I started to feel fuzzy and weak, it's hard to remember it exactly but it's very vaguely in here" he pointed at his temple with a smirk

"You...you're a good person...right?" I ask him "...you've done nothing bad?"

"Not as I know of..." he shrugged with his brow raised in suspicion "why?"

I look back down at the picture...realising why hasn't Liam been devoured by slender? Or why hasn't he gone mad like my mother?...is it because he wasn't noticed? But that can't be it because he didn't know about my mother either.

"Okay...I'm sorry I need to go home and sort some things out with my grandparents" I came up with a lie on the spot as I got my bag.

"Okay. No problem" he nodded understandingly "I'll see you later!"

———

With an uneasy feeling residing within me I headed back to the cabin.
I eventually saw it through the break in the trees and and started to make my way towards it.
Before I couldn't get further than two steps my shoulder was roughly grabbed, I was spun around forcefully having my back push up against the rough bark.
I gasped as a pistol was pressed against my head, the gun instantly cocked.

"Hoodie?" I question shocked.

He didn't say anything as he clicked his tongue in annoyance "my bad" he hummed in a low tone.

"Could you...move the gun?" I ask hoping he'd oblige.
He let go of me as he pulled his gun away from me, he tucked it away and looked around to try see and see if anyone else was near.

"God you're strong" I pointed out as I place my hand on my shoulder and try to massage it.

"How'd did it go with the kid?"

"I have no idea whats even going on anymore"

———

As I sit in the living room of the cabin hoodie came in from the kitchen placing a drink on the coffee table in front of me.

"What happened?" He spoke as his interest had peaked.

"He's got sketches of you, Toby and Masky. I have no idea if he got any more photos but-"

"Photos? He's taken photos of us?"

"Yes!" I exclaim "and that's not all!"

"Jesus what now?"

"If you see the that tall thing you kill yourself from insanity if you've done bad but if you're good he devours you straight away. That's what I've been told"

"That's right" He confirmed.

"Okay so why has neither happened to Liam?" I frown confused.

"What?"

"He's seen that thing enough to sketch it but he's showed no signs of going mad or having suicidal thoughts and if it was the other case scenario he'd have been devoured days ago"

"Well it's one or the other it can't be any other way unless..."

"Unless what?" I urge him to continue

"He's meant to be like us" he stood up thinking it over

"For what reason?! He hates you! He wants to bring you guys down"

"He may be a good person for now, but maybe something happens which will change that and slender man saw it"

I couldn't help but feel increasingly more on edge.

"Keep an eye on him, we don't know when or even if something will happen for sure"

"There's just no way he can be like you guys"

"Well which way would you prefer him? Like one of us or dead?" He retorted.

"...I'm honestly not sure" I confess just feeling tired from all the drama.

"Sometimes I do wonder" he pondered "Honestly...he's probably best of dead."
