Time's up

Do you know how the time goes so fast? Like, its like those events just happened yesterday. Hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala na natapos na, I mean, we reached this level. Masaya kaming lahat, wala na ata akong hihilingin pa kundi ang patuloy lang kaming maging masaya kahit na anong mangyari, palaging healthy.

"When we grow up, I will protect you. I will marry you, you will like me!" My brows met when I heard what the little boy's saying. What he saying?! I immediately pull Mama's dress. I pointed the boy who's standing in front of me. "Momma, what he saying?"

My mom laughed together with my Papa. She caresses my hair and whispered at my brother. I pouted my lips and glance again to that boy. I rolled my eyes at him and hugged my Mama. He keeps looking at me and it's making me uncomfortable.

"Hoy Ronan! Sabihan mo 'tong anak mo, type ata bunso ko!"

An old man walked towards our table. He patted the boy's head before kneeling beside him. "Do you like her, son?" I heard what he said that's why I capture my mama's eyes to ask what he's saying.

"I like her blue eyes." I turned my head to face the boy. I jumped from my Mama's lap and come closer to the boy. I glared at him and put my fists in my waist.

"Baby, stop glaring at him." Papa laughed and pulled me softly back to them. I'm still glaring at him because he's still looking at me! Is he mad at me? I

"She's cute, Dad."

"Nako, Isaac. If you like my daughter, you should promise me that you will protect her. At all cost." 

"Of course! I'm a man, I will protect the girl that I like. That what Dad told me."

I did not stop glaring at him while pouting. He said awhile ago that he will protect me but now he likes another girl? I crossed my arms still glaring at him. He's cute but Mama said I'm too young to have a crush. But Fred and Shaggy are so cute!

"Narinig niyo yon ha? 'Tong bata to gusto ko para sa anak ko. Aaron, Aaren, don't let a man come closer to your sister unless he's the first born of Martin okay? Tol, sinasabi ko sayo dapat walang ibang magiging asawa yang anak mo kundi itong bunso namin!"

"We can fixed that pag dating ng panahon!" 

Papa did a thumbs up to the young boy and to his father. Papa like him too? Then I don't like him na!

"Bye! Don't forget about me, Collette!"

I nodded at him and wave my hands. "Bye, Isaac! Take care po!"

"May pupuntahan lang kami, saglit ng mga kuya mo ha? Saglit lang kami promise." I sniffed. "Don't cry na, Ace. Do you want pasalubong?" I nodded. "Alright, pag dating namin may new toys ka na." Daddy stands up and face mommy. 

"May surprise kami for Ace, kukunin lang namin kaya di nami siya masasama. Pakibantayan na lang muna, Lolo." 

Alam mo ba yung mapapaisip ka na lang na sana sinulit mo na yung mga oras na kasama mo pa sila? Na sana mas hinigpitan mo pa sa kanila ang yakap mo. You are hoping that you can still talk to them kahit na alam mo ding imposible na.

"When Mama and Papa will wake up?" I asked Lolo who's now carrying me. "Why Kuya Aaron is crying? Lolo put me down po, I will kiss my Kuya's eyes." Hindi sumagot si Lolo kaya sinimangutan ko siya.

"Your Papa and Mama will never wake up. They're dead." He said to me.

"Dead like Max?"

"Yes baby, like Max."
