"Careful, Lynea..."
The fright written in her adorable face as she hesitatingly eyed me. Her shaky steps halted, her hands fell to her sides.
"I can't. I really can't," she stumped on the floor.
I gently combed her red hair with my fingers while staring at her down face.
"Walking was never been the most important thing to practice, Lynea," saad ko.
I continued brushing her hair while she rest. Nasa kwarto niya kami ngayon.
Guilt crawled to my conscience again. I bit my lower lip and stare at her. It's better off this way for her, for the triplets, for the young ones in our kingdoms. I wouldn't let them get involved.
Besides... If there's a posibility that we wouldn't survive, they still have them.
She sighed. "You're right, ate. She snickered and lift her dress.
I smiled and welcomed the little princess in my shoulder. "I missed you, ate Sora. I love you more than kuya Zeref, or any of my kuya princes and ate princesses. Masungit sila. Except for you and," she giggled. "Kuya Sorin."
I stared at the setting goddess, Sun, from her window. Calm yet heavy breaths heavy my chest. My heart long for time for this kind of rest again.
Back then, I used to be too good to be true or to exist.
"Masungit nga... They were full of pride, hard to negotiate with and even harder to convince." I shook my head on my thoughts. We lived apart, but we always have that connection. And whenever we see each other, we would just understand one another.
It's been days. At wala pa rin kaming matinong naging pag-uusap. I'm starting to get worried about them now. The five kingdoms are falling apart. Hindi pwedeng kaming sampu rin.
Lynea giggled again. "I know your secrets, ate. I also knew that before.
I looked down at her on my shoulder. Her eyes were innocent blinking to the rays of light from the window.
My brows furrowed looking at her for a while. I just realized. I didn't know what kind of power Lynea had. I'm starting to wonder about it now.
