y/n's pov

[ outfit ]

"stand here y/n." liya places me as all the girls take the last pictures of 2020.
"hurry up. damn." maddy groans. she's been tryna get the perfect picture for the past ten minutes.

"okay ready!" she smiles and wraps her arms around me. we all smile and the camera flashes a few times. i remove her arm off of me and walk over to a smiling vinnie.

"what?" i question while wrapping my arms around his neck.
"nothing. you look really good." he kisses me really quick.
"thank you." i give him a hug.

"let's take pictures on the balcony?" i hear him muffle in my neck. i nod and he grabs my hand going to the balcony.

he sets up the timer and we quickly pose, his arms wrapped around me while i look up at him. i slowly forget we're taking pictures and zone out by just admiring him.

"Y/N , VINNIE CMON. THIRTY SECONDS!" liya yells from inside. we make our way back inside and grab a party popper along with a glass of cider.

everybody gathers around the TV, the couples close together, and the rest with their friends.

"HAPPY NEW YEAR!" everybody yells. vinnie pulls my waist pulling me closer and smashes his lips onto mine. all the yelling and commotion gets blocked out and all i'm focused on is us.

i pull away to see his cheeks rosy.
"happy new year love." he looks deep in my eyes.
"happy new year vin." i smile brightly.

"HAPPY NEW YEAR BITCH!" liya yells ruining the moment.
"happy new year liya." i giggle.
