i look over and vinnie who's face is filled with anger. "can y'all not? these comments are extremely disrespectful. i don't accept racism. don't talk down on my girlfriend." he says before ending the live.

i stay quiet not saying anything. "come on, let's go out to eat lunch." vinnie grabs my hand.

we've been home for a while and i haven't spoke to vinnie. i never felt so embarrassed about my skin color till now. comments never really get to me but these are different.

i've constantly got death threats and other racist remarks in my DMs for the past year we've been together. i just haven't told vinnie.
