y/n's pov "vinniee." "yes babe?" he turns around. "have you seen the comments on your tiktok lately?" i ask. "yes? the ones about us doing a video together?" he asks and i nod my head.
"uhh.." he says unsure. "vinnie, you do thirst traps on your account and i do some on mine. so what? just this time it's both of us. it's like you and kio doing one but instead of kio, it's me." i try to persuade him.
he sighs and gives in. "which one are you doing?" he asks. "uhm the positions when like you switch to a dress and transition over and over." i say. i watch as he groans.
he nods slowly and i hand him my phone.
i put out my hand as the song plays the phone. boy i'm tryna meet your mama, on a sunday. vinnie stops the video and i change into a red silk dress. i quickly go on the bed and slightly arch my back while being on all fours.

we made it to the dinner and everybody's just talking and everything's normal, as usual. i feel vinnie tightly gripping my thigh. ouch. i look at him and he's glaring at kio.

"y/n you should make another video but with a different song." i hear j say. i groan already knowing vinnie's gonna say something. and boy was i right...

"you're lucky, don't loose y/n." jordann continues. vinnie's hand lands on the table harshly, making the plates and silverware shake.
"excuse us, we'll see you guys another time." i say politely, placing money on the table and getting up. vinnie gets up with me and i wave bye. "funny how vinnie is that insecure." j says.
vinnie turns his head and walks back to the table. "vinnie stop." i tug on his arm. he aggressively takes his arm back and keeps walking.
"it's the fact, we're all friends and i came here for y/n, trying to not make a scene and stay calm. talk about her in a certain way again and i won't hesitate to punch you dead in your nose." vinnie says while holding the collar of j's shirt.
everybody at the table gets quiet and apologizes come here and there. "vinnie.. let's just go.." i whisper lowly while grabbing his forearm. he turns back and his eyes slowly soften.
i feel him relax and let go of his shirt. "i'm sorry" i mouth to them. "it's okay." they all smile. vinnie and i make our way to the car and i watch as his knuckles tightly grip the stirring wheel.
"i'm sorry vin-" i get cut off. "save it. you won't be talking anytime soon." he says making me gulp and rethink everything.
