y/n's pov i woke up to meet eyes with my boyfriend of 4 years looking down at me smiling. "goodmorning sleeping head. sleep well?" he asked pushing some hair out face.
"yeah. you?" "yup perfectly fine" he said as he got up and slightly pushed me off him, leaving me confused. did i do something?
oh well. i opened my phone to be met with thousands of notifications. i realized it was my birthday, yeah i kind of forgot. i never really spend my birthday like that till 4 years ago when i met vinnie. he made sure to always make it special.
i guess he forgot this year... not a big deal. i liked a few fan edits, responded to the influencers who greeted me, and said my thanks to family members.
i went downstairs to meet up with the rest of the house to eat our daily breakfast as usual. (everybody lives together in a content house).
"hey y/n" i get greeted by everybody as i enter the kitchen. as we sit down and eat talking about our day, i hear something that i didn't really want to.
"VINNIE today's ava's birthday!!" yells jordan which makes everybody look at eachother. "tell her i said happy birthday" "omg i miss her soo much" a few sayings go around the table.
ouch. they can remember his ex's birthday but not mine. mkay. "y/n you good?" troy asks me, knocking me out my thoughts. "yeah. tell her i said have a good day" i say plastering a smile on my face.
"okay good. remember we have a photoshoot at 5 to get pictures for our content house. dress nice , wear a dress or whatever you girls wear" j notifies the house.
i get up throwing away my trash and heading up to vinnie's and i room. i end up getting in the shower wondering what i need to wear for this photoshoot.
"hey y/n" vinnie says walking past me as i put my curly hair in a bun. "hi" i respond back causing vinnie to look back at me. "what?" i ask confused. "are you okay? you seem upset"
"i'm fine vinnie i'm just gonna head out with a few friends" i tell him. "okay have fun" he says pecking my cheek.
i go to jordan's and maddy's room asking if she can hang out. "i'm so sorry y/n but i kind of have to get ava a present for her birthday party" she informs me. "alright"
i end up going out by myself hanging around town. i stop at a starbucks and decide to post where i'm at and possibly meet a few supporters.
5 minutes after posting i'm at a local starbucks, hundreds of supporters come up to me greeting a "happy birthday" and "i love you". i gladly take pictures with them and talk to a few.
𝙰𝙵𝚃𝙴𝚁𝚃𝙷𝙴𝙼𝙸𝙽𝙸𝙼𝙴𝙴𝚃𝙰𝙽𝙳𝙶𝚁𝙴𝙰𝚃
i end up driving back to the house around 3:30 after 2 hours of talking to my supporters. i walk into the unusually quiet house.
i get up to the room and see a note from vinnie "hey y/n , we went to decorate the party for ava. we'll see you at the photo shoot. i texted you the address. also we're going with a pink and white theme. so wear your best pink dress and just look like i'm taking you to a dinner. " i read.
"mm.. okay" i said to myself. i got ready and did a natural makeup look. i decided to put my curly hair in a half up half down with a side swoop.
𝟷𝙷𝙾𝚄𝚁𝙻𝙰𝚃𝙴𝚁 i look at myself in the mirror happy with the result.

i hop into my car pressing in the address.
𝙰𝙽𝙾𝚃𝙷𝙴𝚁𝚃𝙸𝙼𝙴𝚂𝙺𝙸𝙿𝚃𝙾𝚆𝙷𝙴𝙽𝚂𝙷𝙴𝙰𝚁𝚁𝙸𝚅𝙴𝚂 i walk into the building to be met with nothing but pitch black. "uhh.. i know this idiot didn't just give me the wrong address" i say as i walk to exit the building
"SURPRISEEE" i hear as i turn around startled. i was met with all my housemates and the rest of my other friends.
"huh? i thought you guys were-" "it was for you. i don't even remember ava's birthday. none of us do" vinnie cuts me off.
"i- that wasn't nice at all. i thought you guys all forgot" i say looking around me as vinnie snakes his arm around my waist.
" we'd never forget. i always promised to make your birthday special. especially your 18th one." vinnie states as he leans in to kiss me.
"okay lovebirds, let me talk to y/n" we hear as we see most of our housemates behind us smiling. "happy 18th. we'd never forget. it was vinnie's fault we had to be mean to you" maddy says as she hugs me , earning a glare from vinnie.
we ended up having a fun time. spending time with the people i love and the boy i adore the most. i wouldn't want to spend my birthday with anybody else.
