y/ n 's pov i look at myself in the mirror as i lightly pat down my dress. admiring myself and how i look.

i look up to see my boyfriend looking down at me smiling , wrapping his arms around my waist. wearing his black tuxedo with a red like shirt inside.
"yes babe?" i ask smiling slightly. "you look so beautiful i don't even know how i got lucky" he says as he pecks my cheek.
"alright love , are you ready to go?" vinnie asks taking my hand into his. "yes" i say as i grab my clutch.
𝚃𝚒𝚖𝚎𝚜𝚔𝚒𝚙 𝚝𝚘 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚝𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚝
i look out my window to see we're at castaway. he opens my door gesturing out his hand for me to grab.
"reservation for vinnie hacker" my boyfriend says to the worker who's giving him a flirtatious look.
"yes sir right this way". we get seated with a view of the city. many city lights shinning in the distance , the fairy lights upon us giving off a yellow dim, and just the scene making me enjoy life and the person im with.
"hey , i'm your waitress for the night. what drinks may i help you with" says our waitress eyeing vinnie up and down.
"may i get a water and also wine please. babe what do you want?" vinnie asks knowing i see what the waitress is doing.
"uhm just a water also" i say annoyed. "alright i'll be right back."
"babe relax please i only want you. you're the only girl i love. i don't want her" vinnie says reassuring me. "i know i know. i'm sorry."
"no need to be sorry. i get jealous of many men looking at you. we both know that" vinnie says making me chuckle.
"here's your waters" the waiter says slightly putting my drink down with force. i should really throw this water on her... "thank you" vinnie tells the waiter
𝚂𝙺𝙸𝙿𝚃𝙾𝚃𝙷𝙴𝙴𝙽𝙳𝙾𝙵𝙳𝙸𝙽𝙽𝙴𝚁
"here's the check" the waitress says as she puts the check down on the table. "you shouldn't give her a tip..." i say in a sarcastic tone , with truth hidden behind it. " MY LOVE!" vinnie exclaims laughing.
the waitress comes back later with vinnie's card and a paper with her number on it. vinnie looks at me with a scared look in his eyes and i automatically grab the paper and rip it to shreds.
i stand up and ask the same waitress if she could take a few pictures of me and vinnie. "uhm.. yeah." the waitress says bitterness laced in her words.
vinnie grabs my face and kisses me passionately , both of us smiling into the kiss. we pull apart seeing my lipgloss coating his lips. i look over and see the waitress giving me a smug look. uh huh. mission complete.
we get a few pictures taken and walk out the restaurant hand in hand. glad i have the man i'm with. wouldn't be with anybody else.
