He steps back, breaking the kiss.
He's respectful as he turns the shower off and hands me a towel without looking. We both dry off and get dressed. After having bend down to put on my socks, my stomach turns. 'Corpse-' I place my hand over my stomach as I lean forward a little. 'What's wrong?' He asks worried as he kneels in front of me. He has one arm through the sleeves of his shirt because he turned his attention to me in haste. 'I really don't feel good.' I say as I get a burning pain right above my stomach that spreads to my back. I take short shallow breaths. I whine softly as it gets harder to hold myself up. Corpse lifts me up, carrying me to bed. He carefully lays me down before sitting down next to me. I'm sweating by now. 'What's wrong?' He asks. 'Pain.' I say as I pat my chest, it hurts too much to waste breath on talking.
It stays like that for a while.
I sit in my doctors office.
'So it seems it's stress. There's nothing we can do.'They felt around my stomach and did a blood test. Nothing besides a low B12 vitamin. 'Your B12 is way to low though. It surprises me you don't have anemia.' I listen to what he has to say. 'Twice a week, for five weeks.' He says as he lays the box with injection in front of me. 10 injections total, and then one every month, seeing how my stomach is so severely damaged, it's won't heal anymore.
At least five times a day I get intense pain, nearly passing out because of it.
'Argh.' I lean onto the sink in the bathroom. My head goes foggy as my ears ring. I'm going to pass out. I try to stay calm as I sit down, feeling like throwing up. It's the middle of the night and corpse is asleep. I let out deep breath as I whine, trying to suppress the panic that raises within me. 'No.' I say as I fail to, and start to hyperventilate.
I wake up on the bathroom floor.
'Where are you?' I can hear corpse ask from out in the hallway. The lowest part of the back of my head hurts as my hands and feet feel numb. I'm sweating as I feel really hot. 'C-corpse.' I'm too scared to get up. 'Are you here?' The bathroom door opens. Shock flashes across his faces when he sees me laying on the ground. 'What happend?' He asks in a panic. I need him to stay calm for my sake, I can't handle him being in a panic now. 'Corpse.' I take his hand in my tingling one 'calm down for me. I passed out, but I'm alright now.' I say calmly, honestly not feeling the stomach pain. 'Did you hit your head? I heard a bang.' 'No it feels fine.' I say. He sits down next to me 'try and sit up.' He says, obviously trying to suppress his anxiety and stress. I sit up and he holds me up, my head feels weird, but it's not exactly pain. 'You're freezing cold.' He says as he feels my arm. Even so it feels like it's a hundred degrees in here and I'm sweating like crazy. 'I'm really hot.' I say. I'm tingling and shaking all over as my head feels weird. Tears well up 'corpse.....' he pulls me into him. The doctor just looked at my background and said it was stress. If it is there's no treatment for it. But it hurts so much that I pass out. How do I deal with something like that. I sob as I hold onto his shirt. He gently strokes my hair as he tries to calm me down. Suddenly I'm freezing cold, shaking more then I already was. 'Let me carry you to bed baby. Let's warm up, huh?' He asks. I nod my head and he does like he said. He carries me to bed and lays down with me under the cold sheets. I shake even more, seeing how the sheets have cooled down. 'You'll warm up.' He says as he rubs my arm while I cling to him.
We lay in silence as my mind is blank and I'm trying to warm up.
After a long time i do fall asleep,
Hoping to wake up a little better.
