"Lauren, sit down." Mia chased after her. "You've only been awake for half an hour, aren't you hungry?"
"I need to confirm something. The archives are here right?" Lauren didn't feel hungry at all as her mind was set on something else.
The name, Uramasa, had always sounded familiar to her. But when Deker was revealed to be a human, she knew that the sword was special. She had to get to the bottom of it.
"Yeah, they've been brought to this house. Let me help you." Mia offered as she guided Lauren into a mini closet with shelves upon shelves of books.
"No, I'm fine. Just..." Lauren didn't even know what to do with Mia, who hovered over her in a motherly fashion.
"Stand over there...?" Lauren pointed to the hallway outside of the closet.
Mia sighed. "I'll be back in five minutes."
Lauren got to work, scanning through the archives swiftly but precisely. She searched until she found a perfect drawing of the Uramasa.
The drawing detailed Uramasa's crimson ridges and silvery white blade. However, it was shown in Master Xandred's clutches.
"No way." Lauren ran to find Jayden, who ended up being where all except Antonio were.
"The Uramasa is Master Xandred's sword." Lauren didn't even say hello.
"Huh?" Kevin looked at her strangely. He found Lauren's appearance sudden and random since he didn't even know that she was awake. On top of that, he didn't get what she was saying.
"Then how come the sword was in Deker's possession and not with Xandred?" Kevin asked.
"I think when my father used the temporary seal symbol, Uramasa wasn't in Master Xandred's hands. Maybe it got knocked out or he just dropped it. But Deker turned into a human before dying, right? He must've been cursed by the sword while it was separated from Xandred."
"Wow Lauren, you should be a detective when this is all over." Mike's comment irritated Jayden.
"How did we not know such an important detail?" Emily looked at the page of the archive where Master Xandred held the sword. "It's literally Master Xandred's sword and we didn't even know it."
"The Uramasa is more dangerous than we all anticipated. It must be sealed away." Jayden concluded.
"I'll place a seal on its power." Lauren prepared her samuraizer.
"Not now. It'll take a lot of symbol power and you just woke up. Do you want to be knocked out right after you got up?" Jayden scolded her.
He never liked the way Lauren prioritized samurai duties over her own health, but he kept in mind that she was raised to solely fight nighlok.
"Fine." Lauren was still going to seal it asap, before it could cause trouble.
"Hey, doesn't this mean that Xandred is weaker?" Mike was excited by his own thought. "He doesn't have his own sword!"

Antonio was running out of energy as he had been relentlessly trying to unlock the black box.
With his symbol power, he tried empowering it, picking at it, and even pressuring it. It drained his power and even caused him to lose his breath.
With every failed method and try, he became more frustrated and insecure about his strength. He couldn't help but feel discouraged.
Sweat dripped down his face as he braced his body against the wall.
He wasn't about to let fear stop him from trying. Not when everyone counted on him.
Antonio was about to give it another go until and hand closed his samuraizer.
"It's becoming late. Don't overexert yourself." Daisuke bonked him on the head with a karate chop. "There's time to take a nap before I reveal a surprise to you rangers."
