"A concussion..." Antonio whispered to himself as he watched the medic exit the Shiba House through the front gates.

It was bright and early in the morning, and only Antonio and Mike where awake.

Though the medic curiously looked around at the traditional Japanese styled home as if she was a tourist, she examined Mia efficiently and precisely.

It was a moderate concussion. She also had a tiny bruise on the side of her head that would heal in a matter of days.

Mia was unconscious through the night, but woke up with an awful headache. When she got up from her bed in the morning, she felt dizzy and fell.

Mike was too afraid to confront Mia.

He couldn't stop replaying what happened last night. All the ways that he could've prevented himself from losing his cool and hurting Mia.

After punching Mia's head into the wall, she fell the the floor with a loud thud.

Mike watched her laying on the floor, her eyes seemingly half open. Her body was painfully still.

It took a second for Mike to come down from the blind rage and face the crashing sensation of self-awareness.

Mike was too afraid to move. Too afraid to look at her any longer.

Mike turned away as his fists caught his attention. Blood. Kevin's blood.

Mike swallowed heavily. His legs went weak as what he had done during his fiery fit of rage became clearer and clearer to him.

"I'm so sorry." Mike felt sickened by himself.

Mike couldn't face anyone, but he knew he couldn't run away. He had to confront this head on... at some point.

"I wrote a letter to Gi." Jayden told all of the rangers. All except Mia were sitting in the living room for a group meeting set up by the red ranger.

"This was something I should've done much earlier. We need him back." Jayden said.

Even though they all knew it was for the greater good, all of the rangers did not want Gi to return. They became accustomed to the sweet taste of freedom.

After Jayden adjourned the solemn meeting, one of the rangers secretly snatched the letter Jayden wrote and swapped it with a different one.

"You didn't lose your memory, right?" Antonio teased Mia.

"My environment is supposed to be quiet." Mia joked back with him. Her voice was soft and weak. She looked as though she hadn't slept in a week.

"Where's Mike?" She asked with worry.

"He and Emily are attacking some Nighlok."

    "And you aren't with them?"

"They need to talk about a lot of things." Antonio sat on the bed and laid next to Mia. "Also, I spoke with the medic, so I'll be your messenger."

Antonio was good at checking in on his friends. Without even trying, he was always ended up being there for others as if it was ingrained in his personality.

After Mia stopped tending to Jayden, Antonio naturally took her place.

Jayden was tired of being taken care of.

Recently he had felt much stronger. Strong enough to put an end to the quarrel with the poisoner.

After sending what he thought was his letter for Gi, Jayden took off on his own.

"Um good afternoon." Kevin answered the door to a stranger. "How can I help you?"

"Hey, I'm Terry Watanabe." A young man with a guitar strapped onto his shoulder introduced himself. "I'm Mia's brother."
