|LUNA|
Tanner had to go with Adam for something so.. I was left alone in the room. I decided to look outside the window and from there I saw the most beautiful garden. It had flowers, tall hedges and all sorts of little houses to drink tea and read. I decided I would have a fairytale moment and walk around the garden. I left through the back door on the first floor and walked onto the stone walkway. The heels I found in the trunk clanked on the floor as I started walking around with the book I had brought from the room. I wondered when I would bump into someone when I smelt a familiar perfume. "Hey! Doll!" I put my finger in the book to hold my place as I turned. "Oh, hey Lydia." I smiled back. She came up to me and started roaming the garden by my side. "So what are you doing out here all alone? Wouldn't you rather be inside where everyone else?" I shook my head. "I barley know them. Hell I don't even know them, so it's better if I just keep my distance." She pursed her lips and tilted her head in agreement. "Well... if you want you could talk to me while we drink tea and live out the fairytale princess scenes." We laughed and I agreed. She hooked our arms together and walked us inside. Once we got in Lydia led me to the kitchen and grabbed the tea and everything else of what she told me to. Which were pastries and strawberry cake. She told me Chocolate cake is for douchebags and I have never tried to hold in a laugh so hard in my life. But eventually we both laughed in each other's arms, causing a shorter man to come in with a hoodie and mask. "Hey Breather." Lydia said to him. I waved and he grabbed a juice from the fridge.
"Who's the girl?" He asked Lydia. "This is Luna, she's with Tanner." He scoffed and rolled his eyes while closing the fridge and leaning on the counter. "That creep?" "Hey!" We laughed at his joke and he helped carry out the stuff. "I'm just saying, if you're gonna go with the serial killer route I suggest you don't pick Tanner." "Why not? He's alright." I said lightheartedly. "He's a little weird. Think about it. He just stalks people and then eats them.. then when he's not doing that he just sits there.. with his plastered on smile." We set down the stuff and I started organizing our spots. "You have a point but, I seem to like his smile. It's inviting." "Inviting?" He asked before Lydia and him laughed. "Alright alright, but still he's on the nicer side of people."
"Yea... maybe." Lydia admitted when The breather whispered under his breath. "And on the creepier side." We laughed one more time before we all sat down. It was originally just me and Lydia but we didn't mind The breather coming in. He was funny and kept the conversation going. So I served them all drinks and a slice of cake. We talked about what we do and how our lives were going. Tanner must've done a good job hiding the bruise because it never came up in conversation. Until.."So, Luna.. when are going to be able to kill Cole?" Lydia asked while sipping her tea. The breather stiffened up in surprise. "I don't even know who Cole is but I'm in! Just give me address." "No, no it's not like that." "Then how?" Lydia put her cup down and held my hand. "You can tell us what happened honey. We're not judging people so-."
"Oy! What are you three up too?" We turned to see who was there. But when we turned we found someone who wasn't part of the dark web but rather a blonde man with blue eyes and eye bags. He wore a sweater over a white button up shirt and some dress pants. "I'm sorry, do you live here?" Lydia said lightly while the man pulled up a seat next to mine. "Mhm, with my brothers. But they're boring so mind if I join in?" We let him and I served him tea and cake. "Anyway..Lydia why don't you tell Luna how you met Adam?" I smirked and turned my attention to Lydia. She sighed and playfully rolled her eyes. "We met at night, in a club. I was busy partying with my friends when.. someone spiked my drink. And usually that would set off so many alarms but I gotta say.. I was flattered." I scoffed a laugh with our new guest and she kept talking. "So anyway, I was gonna go home with the same man when I was pulled up to the balcony seating area. I had never been up there since It was so exclusive but when I got there... I saw Adam. He sat me down and that is that." We all clapped in enthusiasm and she playfully bowed. "Thank you, thank you." Then giggled. We chatted for a few more minutes before the sun came up. "It's 11 already?" The Breather checked his watch. "11?" He nodded. "But-." "The sun comes up late here darlin." The mystery man spoke. I tugged on my smile to signal him an 'ok' before Lydia reassured him. "Don't worry, she's shy when you first meet her." She hummed a laugh "oh aright. I get it." He chuckled then Lydia got a call. "It's Adam." She looked up and grabbed her stuff. "Gotta go." We waved bye while the Breather got up with her. "I gotta go too. Adam is calling us all." "Alright. Well.. bye." I smile and they waved bye. So now I was alone with the mystery man. "Why are you so dressed up? Cake pop." His arm still rested on the back of my chair and I position my body to him. "This is the only thing I could find that fit. Cake pop?" He picked a grape "mhm. You look like a cake pop. So I thought the name would fit." I exhaled and dropped my shoulders. "Thanks.. as if I didn't feel embarrassed already." I stood up and went to leave when he grabbed my hand and chin.
