"Phew~... that was good." I happily stated while out of breath. "Really helped take the stress away... thanks Leslie." I turned my head to see her with her jaw open. "Oh, sorry about that... you screamed too much, and I gotta say I don't really like loud woman from outside the bedroom." I chuckled before standing up and wiping my bloody mouth, dragging her across the floor to the freezer in the basement. Her body wasn't very heavy to begin with so when I started eating her, it just became lighter. Which is why it was so easy to throw her into the ice box when I finished. I sighed with a big grin on my face while I leaned on the ice box. Checking my phone, my eyes widened at the information on my screen. 10:37 P.M.  2 missed calls from Luna 🌑, "shit.." I ran to the bathroom and quickly changed out of my clothes. The blood had been sitting on them for too long so I'm gonna have to burn them in the mean time I let her voice mail play. "Where the hell are you?! Do you know how late it is?! And why the hell aren't you picking up your phone?! I've been thinking about you all day!! Why are you- IGNORING ME?! I can't even f-fuckin-." She paused. With a hint of sadness on her tongue. "Forget it. Just... get home.. please." She hung up and the pit of guilt started building up, 'she must've thought I left or something. When in reality I just- you can't tell her the truth. You're gonna have to lie.- what? Why? She's my- You "fell off the wagon" do you think she's gonna forgive you if you tell her you killed someone again. After freaking out about a dream?! She worked so hard two nights ago. Trying to save you from yourself and here you are doing the exact opposite of what she wanted.- if I didn't do it now I would've snapped and killed Laurence- don't kid yourself you're already half way there. One more glance or one more brush of the shoulders and Laurence is- STOP!' I took a second to gather my thoughts as I scolded myself.

Then with a huff, i showered. Washing the red liquid off my body, and the guilt from my shoulders. After I finished I got changed into sweatpants and a blue hoodie. Then I grabbed my phone and went straight to Luna's house. Where I found my precious angel asleep on the couch. "Looks like someone was waiting for me huh?" I caressed her cheek before picking her up to go to bed. She rolled onto her side of the bed as I was taking off my sweater. Then once I was ready, I laid back and hugged her from behind before she immediately 'woke up' and straddled my waist, pinning my arms above my head. "Do you know how late it is?" "Yes, an-." "Where the hell were you Tanner?" Her voice was strict and her eyes showed her disappointment, but all I could think about was how cold her hands were. Something was off. "I had a family emergency, I'm sorry I didn't tell you beforehand but I promise I won't do it again..." she squeezed my hands a little before huffing out an exhale. Letting my hands go in the process. "You scared me today Tanner..." " I know, and I'm so sorry I forgot to text you when I should've-." I stopped with her crashing down on top of me. I thought she was just hugging me but no, she was out cold. "Enigma?" I poked her shoulder but She didn't respond as I lifted her head. "Luna. Cmon.. wake up, you're not done yelling at me yet." I flipped her on the bed and crawled to her face, she didn't look tired so I was confused on why she just collapsed. "Cmon cupcake, wake up!" Her breathing was slower than usual so I started getting antsy. "Baby!! I want you to yell at me more! Please??!! Just a little more degradation, and then you can sleep."   I lifted her head, only to have It fall limp in my hand. "Luna I'm not kidding. Wake. Up. You're starting to freak me out." She turned on her side but I flipped back over with more force than before. "Luna." She tugged on the blanket before turning to her stomach. Hugging the pillow close while leaving me with the view of her hair. I sighed and got up from the bed. Fetching a hair tie that previously laid in her dresser. "I should've known you weren't asleep. You hate sleeping with your hair lose.." I put the hair tie on the night stand. "Tell you what, if you just wanna forget about this and move on I won't say a peep... on one condition.." I leaned in closer to her ear. "If you stop scaring me and wake up to fix your hair."
