Tanner's Game Pt. Two

It was the next morning and Tanner was cuddling me. I was tired as hell, didn't even feel like walking. My hair was a mess and my perfume was all smudged over Tanner. While his cologne was all over me. I shouldn't be in bed. I shouldn't even be here. I should've escaped when I had the chance. But then again, who knows what lies ahead. What happened in the forest. Or who lives there. I pushed Tanner's arm off me and stood up. I walked over to the window of the lodge and stared out of it. The sun rise was beautiful. But all I could think about was the forest. What would happen if I just ran away? Would anyone try to stop me? Would they throw me under the bus? No.. if I do this, I have to do it right. My mind was going through torture, knowing that I was doing the wrong thing with the wrong person. I know Tanner loves me but I can't. I can't stand the fact that I'm with a murderer. And it was just a matter of time before I became just a dead body in the shallow grave. It was settled. I needed to escape.

My vision was blurry for a second, but once I fully woke up I was blessed with a magnificent sight. The only reason I woke up was because I didn't feel Luna in bed, but looking at her from behind was worth it. She looked angelic and made the phrase heaven on earth a real person. She was lost in thought, but I didn't mind just staring at her for a minute. Her hair was messy, but not tangled. Her legs were shaky but not trembling. And her hair gently flowed in the wind. She was mumbling. So what better chance do I have to scare her a little? I got up and started creeping towards her. She whispered to herself "But how would I do it? I could escape through the woods... or-." I grabbed the back of her neck and threw her to the bed. Repositioning my hand to her throat. I chuckled. "What did you say my dear? Something about... Escaping?" The fear in her eyes filled me up with joy. And I had remembered how much I secretly loved the fear in their eyes before they died... "T-Tan-." "Beg for me won't you?" I squeezed her throat. "I love it when you beg..." she scratched at my hand "I'm sorry-. I-." She was begging in a hoarse voice. But once her eyes started rolling back I took away my hand. She shot up to my shoulder and gasped for air.

Fuck. After that I knew I needed to leave. Was he crazy? I could've died! But I suppose he doesn't care. I needed to get out of there. Fast. But I was naked... I looked around the room as he combed his fingers through my hair. I saw an oversized black shirt on the desk. If I could just grab it and put it on I could leave. Tanner pulled me back and kissed my forehead. I flinched at it and his smile dropped. He sighed. "I guess you're not in the mood today. Too bad.." "Get. Off." "What has gotten into you?" He grabbed the side of my neck and extended it. "What happened to my Luna? The one who moaned my name last night." He snickered, but that line made me feel wrong. I cringed at last night. Sure it was good but The thought of doing it with Tanner was... Eugh. I pushed his hand off my neck and got up to run. His hand missed the crab and I quickly put on the shirt. He chased me through out the room but once I was out the door he stayed. Only for a little while though. To put on clothes. I scurried down the stairs and went for the door. "Why goo-." Doc said while I flung open the door. She watched as Tanner came down the stairs and chased me out. There was only one way out of here that was fast. "Low chance but it's better than nothing." I said to myself as I ran to the stream.

"LUNA!" I ran to the dock and got ready to jump. "Fuck Fuck Fuck." I braced myself, until someone whipped me around. I would've still ran if it wasn't for Tanners harsh slap across my face. It made me collapse to the dock floor. "YOU IDIOT." He grabbed me by the collar. "YOU WOULD'VE DROWNED." I pushed him away and started crawling. But he was faster, scooping me up and carrying me back to the house. "NO! YOU MOTHERFUCKER! LET ME GO!" I kicked and screamed like a little kid. Only to get Tanner screaming back at me. "SHUT UP! YOU'RE ACTING LIKE A FUCKING CHILD AGAIN." We went up the stairs to the porch and I saw the others starring at me. I kept kicking and screaming though.
"SHIT! JUST LET ME GO HOME ALREADY! ASSHOLE!" He dragged me up the stairs once again and slammed the door behind him when we got to the room. I screamed. But he just through me to the bed. It squeaked as he got dressed. "I suggest you get dressed into something flexible. You won't get rest til tonight." "What do yo-." He forcefully grabbed my chin and squeezed my cheeks. "What did I say would happen if you defied me?" My eyes widened. I threw his hand away and scurried to the other side of the bed. He stopped me mid way and got on top of me. "Stop it." "No!" I spat up to his face and caught him off guard. He chuckled. "Now..." his smile faded. "It's five laps."
