"Eugene what are you doing?" Stacy continued. But then Terrence got in front of her. "Give it." He held out his hand but she acted confused. "What are you talking about?" "Give me the FUCKING RING STACY." Daniel tried calming him down when I pried myself away from Eugene. I didn't have the energy so I just turned to leave. But this son of a bitch caught my arm again. I turned back around but while I was turning my hand came down as another slap. "DONT EVER TOUCH ME AGAIN YOU MAN WHORE!" He stood in shock as the others were taken aback too. Well except Tanner. He just watched it all unfold with his usual neutral smile. But after Eugene's shock went away he firmed up his hands on my forearms. He was angry and started yelling. "DO YOU THINK IT WAS EASY?! I HAD TO GO HOME EVERYDAY AND FACE YOU! IT WAS AGONIZING KNOWING THAT I DID THE MOST HORRIBLE THING TO THE PERSON I LOVE!" "THEN WHY DID YOU KEEP DOING IT?!" He punched the hood of the car. "BECAUSE!" He was at a lose of words. "I.." he looked at my eyes and with saddened look in his eyes and a sigh, he caved. "I'm.. sorry.. I was stupid and wasn't thinking right.. and you can be mad at me all you want, but.. please don't look at me like that. I'm still the Eugene you know and love.." I paused and took a deep breath. "Please Luna.. just give me another chance." I opened my eyes and softly smiled down at him. "Ok..."

His hand loosened up and he smiled "really?!" "No." Once his hand was loose I grabbed his shoulders and kneed his dick. He fell to his knees and held himself. But I had seen enough. Stacy screamed and ran over Eugene. While on the other hand the others came over to me. They were all worried but Tanner was the only one who touched me. He grabbed my arm and lifted my sleeve to find a bruise mark left behind by Eugene. He took a deep inhale through his nose with a forced smile as the others kept talking. Then out of no where Stacy came over to me with a log. The others tried stopping her but she just hit them too. Sooner or later I got pushed to the ground. I coughed for a second but everything sounded muffled and everything look blurred After that. And then I turned my head to see everyone fighting. Some knocked out by the log and the others fighting Stacy and Eugene. But the one that stood out to me the most was Eugene and Tanner. Tanner was on top and beating Eugene to the ground. He would've gone further if I didn't hobble over. "Tanner?" He didn't hear me. "Tanner!" I stumbled over and fell to my knees when I got close enough. He lifted his fist up one last time before I pushed him off Eugene. But Eugene didn't see me either. So without knowing it was me, Eugene punched the Side of my face. The next thing I know I'm straddled over Eugene's body in defeat. He sat up and held my body close with my head in his shoulder facing downward. "Luna?! Oh My God! I'm so sorry!"

He shook my body as to tell me to respond but I didn't. It was like my body was physically knocked out but I was still conscious.. hell I couldn't even move my head. So when it moved I knew it was Tanner. He lifted my head by my chin and moved the bangs out from my face. He took one look and knew what I was thinking. He sighed and took out his syringe. Eugene saw it and started crawling back to the car with me in his arms. I wanted to push him off so bad but my arms felt numb.  "Woah Woah Woah! Stay back!" Tanner walked forward. "She's in shock and pain. You have to let me help her." Tanner reached for me but Eugene pulled me away. "NO! DONT FUCKING TOUCH HER!" He yelled at Tanner before coming to my ear while his hand pet my hair. "It'll be ok, I got you baby." I heard more foot steps and Eugene backed up more. But his rope was thin as he backed up to the car. "DONT COME ANY CLOSER TANNER!" I heard something come out of his pocket that clicked.. by the sounds of it, the thing was a gun as everyone stopped. "You're making her hate you even more Eugene. Let him help her." Daniel spoke. Eugene pointed it at Daniel; there was a gasp but my eyes started crying as Eugene got more panicked and anxious. "STOP! DONT YOU DARE STEP CLOSER!" "Eugene.." Terrence came in. "STOP!" He positioned the gun at him. "DONT MOVE!" Eugene's voice started croaking. "I just-... I JUST WANT THINGS TO GO BACK TO NORMAL! BEFORE YOU CAME ALONG!" I guess he was talking to Tanner since the next thing I heard was Terence defending him.
