It was the day before the wedding and Layla got a babysitter for the night. She wanted to be out with the girls for her a bachelorette party so there I was. Getting ready to leave at 4:30 when the limo would be here at 7:30. Tanner laughed as he passed the bathroom to find me in my dress putting on eyeliner and lashes. He came up behind me and plopped his chin on my head. "Whatcha doing?" He asked in a mocking tone. "Oh ya know, doing my makeup for once. I gotta look good for the male strippers we're gonna go see tonight." I teased, he wrapped his hands around my waist "Oh do you now?" "Yep." I put down the makeup and turned to face him. "Aw done tell me you're jealous." He blew a raspberry, "Why would I be jealous if I'm the one you're coming home to?" I shrugged "fair enough." I put my arms over his shoulders and leaned my head on his shoulder/chest. "Did Adam call about the favor?" He shook his head "he said he's waiting." 'Waiting? Waiting for what?' "Maybe to get rid of Vincent?" Tanner sighed "Probably."

We finished our hug before going to the kitchen. "Are you gonna be drinking?" "Yea, but we have a limo for the night. What about you?" He gave me a so/so look while he leaned on the counter. "Maybe."
He grabbed a cookie I had made and ate it. I don't know why but when he was picking up the cookie I just remembered how Vincent took out the cookies and how I bludgeoned him to death, his blood covering me from head to toe. My hands shook a little as I excused myself to my room to calm down.
All I could hear was his screams and the banging. I locked the door and sat down infront of it. I covered my ears and closed my eyes. My breathing was out of control and I felt like the air coming into my lungs was suffocating me. The room became small and cramped. I spoke quietly to myself and my thoughts. "shut up. Please.." it just became louder and my breathing became worse. I reached for the doorknob and unlocked it, "TANNER!" He came running down the hall to the room. I was crying for air, and still talking to the imaginary Vincent "shut up please. Shut up!" I hugged my head as Tanner came in, he sat next to me and held my body in his lap. "I'm here, im here for you Luna. Just breath." I was choking on my tears, Tanners voice helped a little bit Vincent's was louder. "Why did you kill me Luna?" "Shut up. Please!" Tanner rubbed my back and pried my hands away from my eyes. I looked at him as he reassured me. "He isn't here anymore. He can't hurt you. You're fine." I was almost out of this state when Vincent's voice rang in the back of my head "He's right, I can't hurt you. You hurt me." I was about to let the thought swallow me while when Tanner told me to breath. He even took the same deep breaths with me as I slowly and steadily came back.

My runny mascara dried when Tanner asked "is it over?" I nodded and swallowed my tears. "What happened?" He demanded. "Vincent's voice came back.." he sighed and I continued. "It's like he's haunting me. Begging me to stop! And I can't get over that I killed an innocent man in my kitchen. In such a brutal way!" He held my head in his palm and reminded me "He killed your cousin and many others. He was far from innocent and you have nothing to be ashamed about." "Are you sure?" I asked meekly. "Yes. I'm sure." I gave him a soft smile and hugged him one last time before standing up.

Tanner made me some soup after my little... I don't even know what to call it.

I got my makeup done again and Tanner changed into his hoodie and jeans. We were getting ready to leave as he helped me put on my heels. He always does this weird thing we're he kisses in the middle of the strap and toe area. Not the toes and not the strap but the bare part of the middle of my foot. It always made me smile that he always remembered to do it. Then after he got up we walked out to see the limo and car. Tanner got in the car with Laurence, Ein, and some friends as I got in with Layla and some of our friends. "Damnnnnn Luna!!" Layla screamed out I giggled and got in next to here. The rest of them were in the same type of outfits, but with more bright colors. Layla was in a dress too and I was surprised at how fast she got rid of the baby fat. Layla took the first drink as everyone followed shortly after.We drove in the city and went up to the roof window to see the lights and cheer. The song that played was perfect for the vibe the lights gave.
