Fly.

I saw that cage you were trapped in, and I knew you were mean to fly

Though injured wings and a fear of the unknown kept you at bay

It was only a matter of time before your wings began to push your cage

It rattled and bent, and soon you were content no longer with just dreaming of blue skies

That same cage couldn't hold you one day

And I swear I saw you smile so wide it could have been the best thing to ever be

To smash your cage, and spread your wings for the first time

I am happy for you, waiting for you reach where your wings will take you

It's time to fly, it's time to leave that cage behind
