Twilight Fading

As the lights from the stars poured their grace on my skin

I looked among the sky for the answers I had sought so foolishly

The inner peace of the place around me gave me reason to think

A chaotic cesspool of thoughts with every blink

But who am I to question the moon and stars?

How can one be so close, and yet so far?
