You really wished that karma would favor you one day and grant your wish of having a friend since you were lonely and bored as hell
You lived in a forest in a cute little cottage that looked like this:

The owners of that cottage had looked after you like their own child after your actual parents died and son, even your foster parents ended up dying due to old age, which made you feel lonely. You haven't been to the city in like, 9 months and as much as you missed life in the outside world, you had no intention and desire for leaving your house since the city was just too polluted and noisy like anything
You woke up and you decided to go picking for some wild berries in the nearby hedges and bushes and you gathered your basket and went out
After you were done picking your berries, you returned to your cottage, only to find a guy with yellow hair and a lightning spark on his hair, who was your age, wounded and passed out on your porch
"He wasn't there before'' you thought but you were worried for him and you dragged him to your room to heal him
You finished healing him and dabbing his wounds and you hoped he's wake up while you were making some tea (lol, I LOVE tea)
You returned back to the room he was in, and there he was, blinking like he was waking up for the first time in his life. He looked at you and widened his eyes and asked, "Uhh... who are you?"
You smiled and set the 2 tea cups down and said, "I'm Y/N L/N, do you remember who you are and where you're from?"
''I... I can't remember where I'm from.... I only remember my first name, it's Denki....'' he sighed and rubbed his head
"It's all right, you'll remember more about yourself eventually'' you reassured him comfortingly and handed him some tea while he just stared at you and asked, "What's this?" You giggled, which made his heart do gymnastics and made him blush and said, "It's tea and don't worry, it's quite delicious''
You stared at him drinking the tea and you blurted, "Would you like to be my friend?" you asked all of a sudden. "Okay!" he smiled and continued to drink the tea
From then on, Denki became your friend but he viewed you MUCH more than just a friend. He saw you as his lover, his beautiful buzzy sunshine nugget, his darling angel that he needs to protect
Denki knew you for just a short while but he felt some strong connection with you and felt the need and urge to protect you
Denki didn't bother finding out about his past life since he was really happy living with you and he took care of everything that bothered you in the woods. Basically speaking, he became your very own personal bodyguard
Many times he'd feel so bad that you used to live alone for some time when he asked you how you lived your life when he wasn't there and promised to always be there for you no matter what. He even took care of the hunters who dared to harm the little innocent creatures of the forest. How? By gouging their eyes out, all for YOUR safety of course. Hunters were dangerous people and he didn't want any of them harming YOU or your favorite things since he promised that he'd always protect you, his darling little angel. Of course, he won't tell you what he did but what you don't know wouldn't hurt you, right?
