You could make anything stronger, be it people's feelings, the flow of water, a person, anything and even robots but you had a small drawback for your quirk. Once you use your quirk on something or someone, it stays like that forever and perhaps that was the reason you didn't have too many friends growing up 

People called you a freak and they used to tell you that your quirk was villainous. You were sick and tired of people telling you that everyday and you'd always end up crying at the end of the day 

One day, you saw some boys on the playground telling a purple haired kid to die and he had a freakish and villainous quirk. He didn't take notice of it since he was used to it from before but you, on the other hand decided to stop them. You made some rocks stronger and you threw it at them, and threatened that if they didn't leave the boy alone, you'd pummel them to the ground and off they ran, screaming 'Mommy'

The purple haired kid, Shinsou was really grateful and he was also a blushing mess when you came to his rescue. Who was this goddess, who looked cute and adorable in ponytails and came to rescue him?

You became friends with him and he introduced himself as Hitoshi Shinsou. When you told him that even you faced that type of treatment every single day, oh how he boiled and raged with anger and hatred to those who made you suffer. He didn't care that HE had to go through that treatment but he was determined to protect you and keep all the bullies away from you
