LA 3.3

Valentine's day Night
I walked in seeing the club packed. Couples everywhere. I walked up the stairs and to Mackenzie's dressing room. I knocked on the door "Who is it?"

"Melo" I said

The door unlocked and she let me in. She closed the door "You good? You seem tense" I told her. She looked so nervous

She nodded her head "Yeah, I'm fine. This is my first performance since rehab. Just a little nervous" she paced back and forth.

"Okay calm down" I said pulling her to the couch. We both sat down "Take deep breaths"

She started to take deep breaths "Now you got this"

She nodded her head "I got this"

"Trust me, you are gonna do amazing" I told her. She smiled "Thank you"

I nodded my head with a smile. "When do you have to go on?"

"In like 20 minutes" she said

We talked a little. I tried to get her to calm down. I talked to her about WandaVison. Talking about Marvel always makes her feel calm and more like herself. "Oh my god I wanted to slap that bitch. Like she the fakest person ever. Nosy ass neighbor. I would whooped her as just like Wanda" she stated

I laughed "Thank you for calming me down" she smiled

"Of course"

She gave me a hug and I wrapped my arms around her. She pulled back and gave me a peck. "What was that for?"

She took a deep breath "Happy Valentine's day?" she chuckled nervously.

I laughed a little "Happy Valentine's day" I replied

We talked some more. "Guess what" she said

"What?"

"I do not want kids till I'm older" she said

I laughed "I'm serious. I watched my two little cousins that are twins while I was at home doing school work I couldn't do that for shit then I couldn't write any lyrics. Like babies are not the move" she said

"Glad you feel that way, I guess" I laughed

Someone knocked on the door "Who is it?"

"Kylie. It's time to go on" she said

Mackenzie started to get uneasy "Hey" I gained her attention "You got this. Don't stress it" I told her

She nodded her head and got up. She grabbed her mask and put it on leaving the room with me following. I went to the one balcony rooms with Kylie here Kendall was also in. We all sat on the side to watch Mackenzie.

"See you guys are back hanging out" Kendall told me

I nodded my head "What's wrong with you?" she asked

I looked at her "Nothing, I'm just trying to focus on her. I'm not trying to be part of any drama you got. Leave me alone" I put my focus back on Mackenzie.

Soon another guy came in and it was Polo G. "Hey wassup Melo" he snapped me

"What's up man" I responded

He sat down by me "Oh great, I didn't miss it" he said

Him and Kylie talked a little. When they announced for Jennifer we all cheered.

After the performance we walked to her dressing room to show support. We all have her a hug. "Great job" I told her breaking from our hug.

"Thank you Elmo" she laughed a little

I gave her a little shove. "Ion get no love mane?" Polo asked
